This invention relates to medicine and concerns implants used for arthroplasty for bone defects.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the porosity of the material.
Материал дл эндопротезировани костей содержит фосфат кальци и фритту кальциевого фосфатного стекла, котора включает в себ окислы кальци , фосфора и ниоби при количественном соот- нордении компонентов, мас.%:The bone endoprosthesis material contains calcium phosphate and calcium phosphate frit glass frit, which includes oxides of calcium, phosphorus and niobium in quantitative ratio of components, wt.%:

The proposed material is obtained as follows.
Calcium phosphate is obtained by heat treatment of natural bones with subsequent grinding of the obtained substance: to a particle size of not more than 0.5 mm, by grinding in isopropanol to a particle size of 20-30 μm and drying to constant weight.
The mixture for cooking frit is composed of chemical reagents CaCO3, NH4H2PO4 and 1Mv2O5. The mixture is preheated to 600–700 ° C for 4 h, then it is boiled in corundum crucibles in an electric furnace with a silica heater, raising the temperature to 1400 ° C for 4 h, and kept at this temperature for 1 h. The resulting glass was crushed to a particle size of 0.5 mm, and then milled in isopropanol to a particle size of 20-50 microns. The resulting slurry is dried to constant weight.
The initial components are mixed by the dry method and the samples are pressed by the semi-dry method (with the addition of glycerin.) At a pressure of 78.5 MPa. Samples are fired at 1000-1100 ° С with a shutter speed of 30; -45 minutes. Such a firing mode allows to obtain a porous material, the various compositions of which are given in tab. I and tse.

The proposed material is porous (porosity 5–25%), with the germination of living tissue in the implant, the material is chemically resistant in both neutral and alkaline and acidic media.
