Abstract
с €The invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used for diagnostic evaluation of the heat exchange function of the breathing apparatus. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of air temperature measurement in the bronchi and to provide a measurement of the temperature of the bronchial wall. The device contains a thermocouple 1 for measuring air temperature, a thermocouple 2 for measuring the temperature of the bronchial wall, a catheter 3, two elastic loops 4. A thermal probe is inserted into the human respiratory tract. Under the action of elastic forces, the loops are pressed against the bronchial tube, fixing the position of the thermoelements as follows: the first thermoelement is located in the center of the bronchus section, and the second thermoelement is pressed against the wall of the bronchus. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of measuring the air temperature in the bronchi and to ensure the measurement of the temperature of the bronchial wall.
The drawing shows thermoprobe, rbsch waters.
The T-probe contains thermoelements il and 2 for the temperature of the air and the wall of the bronchus, respectively, a catheter 3, made in the form of an ijyroro wire from the wire, and two elastic loops 4. Contact wires, which serve to connect the thermoelements to the measuring instruments Are part of the cable.
Thermal probe use in the following way.
A bronchoscope is inserted into a person's airway. When the end of the bronchoscope reaches the desired level of the trachea-obronchial tree, a thermal probe is introduced through its biopsy channel, the Yri exit from the biopsy channel
The bronchoscopes under the action of the elastic forces of the loop 4 are pressed against the wall of the bronchus, fixing the position of the thermoelements with the following way: the thermoelement 1 is located in the center of the bronchus section, and the thermoelement 2 is pressed against its wall. Thereafter, the bronchoscope is removed from the trachea at the unchanged position of the thermal probe and the temperature is measured.
