Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vergaserkraftstoffes, bei dem kohlestämmiges Leichtöl in einer Raffinationsstufe und einer nachfolgenden Reformierstufe behandelt wird, wird unmittelbar ein benzolarmer, hochoctaniger, umweltfreundlicher Vergaserkraftstoff, der bevorzugt ohne Hinzufügen octanzahlerhöhender Zusatzstoffe Octanzahlen (ROZ/MOZ) von mindestens 98/88 aufweist, unabhängig von der Verfügbarkeit benzolarmer Zumischkomponenten dadurch erhalten, daß aus dem Reformat (Einsatzreformat) eine Kernfraktion mit dem relativ höchsten Benzolgehalt abdestilliert wird, daß die beiden übrigen Reformatfraktionen vereinigt und gemeinsam als Vergaserkraftstoff verwendet werden, und daß dieser vergaserkraftstoff einen Benzolgehalt von höchstens etwa 5 Gew.-% aufweist.

Пример 1. 100 мае.ч. про- дукта риформинга с пределами кипени  AO-ZOS C, октановым числом по исследовательскому (моторному) методу 99,3 (98,0) и с содержанием бензола 12 мас.%, полученного путем гидро- очистки продуктов ожижени  угл  с Прделами кипени  20-400 С при 400 С и давлении 280 бар на торговом ко- бальтово-молибденовом катализаторе гидрировани , отделени  ректификади- ей из продукта гидроочистки фракции с пределами кипени  40-205 С и последующего катализатора риформинга при температуре 490 С и давлении 23 бар на платиновом катализаторе, на у -окиси алюмини  (1,64 мас.% платины ), содержащей также 1,8 мас.% хлора, подвергают ректификации в 15- тарельчатой насадочной колонне при флегмовом числе 1:2, причем получают фракцию с пределами кипени  65-85°С, которую в качестве бокового потока .отвод т из колонны в количестве 19 мае.ч. Боковой поток имеет следующий состав, мас.%: бензол 49,4i вые шие изомерные парафины 20,5; метил- циклопентан 12,2; н-гексан 9,8{ гомологи циклопентаново го р да 7,0; циклопентан 1,1.
