Abstract
с Ф (ЛThe invention relates to a testing technique and can be used to study the strength and stability of shell structures. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy by eliminating the effect on the shell of a hydrostatic component. The test shell (IO) 2 is installed in the high pressure chamber 1 (HPC). Cavities 5 and 10 IO 2 and CED 1 are interconnected between themselves and vessel 6, and are also connected to source 3 of pressure. The cut 7 of the vessel 6 is located at the filling level of the EUT 2. When filling in the cavities 5 and 10 and in the vessel 6, they maintain equal levels, as a result of which the hydrostatic pressure forces inside and outside will act on the inside and outside, compensating each other. When IO 2 is loaded by repressing pressure in HPC 1 as a result of compressing IO 2, the liquid filling it will be forced out and drunk from vessel 6. At the same time, the distribution of forces from the hydrostatic pressure acting on the walls of IO 2 inside and outside. , will be kept constant, and the loading of the EUT 2 will be carried out only by the pressure in the pressure pump 1, 1, or silt. with f (l

15.The stand for testing of thin-walled shells with hydraulic pressure contains a high pressure chamber 1, in which the thin-walled shell 2 is installed, the pressure source 3 is communicated, with pipe 4 to the cavity 5 of chamber 1, vessel 6 has an upper cut 7 which is located at filling level of chamber -1 and communicated with the atmosphere. The pipelines 8 and 9 communicate between each other the cavity 10 of the test casing 2, the pressure source 3 and the vessel 6. A shut-off valve 11 is installed on the pipeline 8. pipes 12 and 13. A stop valve 14 is installed in pipe 12. To monitor the test pressure of the liquid, the stand is equipped with a pressure gauge 15.
The method is implemented as follows.
Test shell 2 is installed in high pressure chamber 1. The cavity 10 of the test shell 2 is connected to the pressure source 3 and to the vessel 6 by means of pipelines 8 and 9, as well as to the atmosphere by means of pipe 13. The cavity 5 of the chamber 1 and the cavity 10 of the test shell 2 are filled simultaneously.

When filling through the pipelines 12 and 13 UD-. The air from the cavities 5 and 10 is maintained. In the vessel biv chamber 1, equal levels of liquid are maintained, as they communicate with each other. As a result, the same hydrostatic pressure forces act on the shell wall, compensating each other. After filling the cavities, the valves 11 and 14 close and increase the pressure in the cavity 5 of the chamber 1. As a result of the compression of the shell 2, the fluid filling it is displaced from the vessel 6, and the distribution of forces from the hydrostatic pressure acting on the walls shell 2 inside and out, is constant. Since these forces are mutually exclusive, the shell is loaded only by increasing the pressure in chamber 1, which improves the accuracy of the results when studying the strength and stability of thin-walled shell structures.
