The invention relates to the automotive industry, namely to the bodywork of passenger cars, taking into account current trends in the field of aerodynamics and ventilation of vehicle interiors. I The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the exhaust ventilation of the passenger compartment and to increase safety by decreasing: neither pollution nor icing of the rear lamps.
FIG. 1 shows a vehicle with a spoiler; in fig. 2 is a cross section of a spoiler to show a flow pattern of its surface and air flow through the channels to the rear lights; in fig. 3 — stiffeners, simultaneously serving to evenly distribute the air flow over the surface of the background; in fig. 4 — ventilation device; the car's interior, where the opening is shown and in the panel of the rear door, has an outer pair- 1 goal of the door: it is fitted with louvres about I with flanging to the outside to ensure water protection.
The vehicle contains a rear; spoiler consisting of shelf 1, channels 2: guide vanes, which are stiffening ribs 3, located: in channels with constant pitch, in the rear of the shape of the rear lights 4. The spoiler is fixed on the rear door 5 of the car body 6 The inner panel of the rear door 5 has openings 7, and in the outer one there can be either the same openings, or slits 8 of the type of frosted slots with flanging to the outside to provide water protection. The exit of the slots 8 or holes in the outer nanel of the rear door is combined with the arrangement of the cavities of the channels 2 of the spoiler.
Alternatively, the device for ventilating the passenger compartment and blowing the rear lights can be made in the form of changing the top of the tailgate of the entire rear surface of the body, and channel 2 can be formed by a decorative part on which the rear spoiler can be attached to the customer.
Dual-action rear spoiler and passenger compartment ventilation device work as follows.
Воздушный поток при движении автомобил при взаимодействии со спойлером раздваиваетс на поток, отраженный вверх полкой 1 спойлера и на поток, проникающий в каналы 2, который направл етс к задним фонар м 4, и при помощи ребер, встроенных в каналы 2 и расположенных под разными углами ai, а9, ссз, а4 к продольной оси автомобил , осуществл етс равномерное упор доченное распределение потока воздуха по поверхности фонарей, исключающее по вление нежелательных потерь при обтекании поверхности кузова автомобил .The airflow during the movement of the car when interacting with the spoiler is split into a stream reflected upwards by the shelf 1 of the spoiler and onto the stream penetrating into channels 2, which is directed to the rear lamps 4 and with the help of fins embedded in channels 2 and at different angles ai, a9, scsz, a4 to the longitudinal axis of the car, a uniformly ordered distribution of the air flow over the surface of the lanterns is carried out, excluding the occurrence of undesirable losses when flowing around the surface of the car body.

For this purpose, the upper ends of the ribs are separated from each other by a certain distance, a, b, c.
As a result of numerous experiments and tests on road tests, the optimum values for the angles: a2 23–25 °, a4 45 ° and a-bc distances were obtained.
4.In addition, with the operation of the ventilation system and the heating of the passenger compartment in the presence of openings 7 in the inner panel of the rear door 5 and openings or louvers slits or slits 8, the exhaust ventilation effect is enhanced by the ejection of air from the passenger compartment Channels 2 spoilers or decorative parts. Then the air flows around the surface of the rear lights 4.
0In case of operation of the vehicle
Изобретение благодар усовершенствованию конструкции заднего спойлера двойного действи дает возможность увеличить эффективность работы выт жной вентил ции автомобил , снизить собственное аэродинамическое сопротивление спойлера, увеличить его прочность и повысить безопасность движени за счет обеспечени очистки от гр зи задних фюнарей в ненастную погоду и оттаивани стекол в морозы.the winter period in inclement weather, contributing to the icing of the rear lights 4, with the cabin heating system switched on, hot air escaping from the cabin through the openings and gaps in the rear door panels due to ejection is mixed in the channels 2 with outside air , flowing around the car, and, entering warm rear windows, heats the glass surface, preventing them from icing up. The invention due to the improved design of the rear spoiler double action makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the exhaust ventilation of the car, reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the spoiler, increase its durability and increase traffic safety by ensuring that rear funnels are cleaned of dirt in inclement weather and thawing the glass in cold weather.
