Устройство, выполненное согласно изобретению, лишено этого недостатка и его скорость резани , по сразнению с известными, увеличена. Сущность изобретени  заключаетс  в том, что устройство снабжено надеваемым на проволоку раздвижным теплообменником, например в виде трубки, и кривошипным или эксцентриковым мехаииз.мом, привод ш,им проволоку в возвратно-поступательное движение, за счет чего он обеспечивает увеличение скорости резани  материалов.Devices are known for cutting materials with an electrically heated wire (tape) that is pulled against the frame.
