Цель изобретени  - обеспечение импульсного воздействи  и регулирование ширины захвата массируемой поверхности. Устройство состоит из стержн , имеющего круглое сечение и некруглое сечение из насаженных роликов со сквозными пазами, в которых расположены пружины со средним витком меньшего диаметра. Ролики и пружины вращаютс  вместе со стержнем на опорах, которыми служат руко тки . При работе устройства благодар  наличию паза в роликах они имеют возможность смещатьс  относительно стержн  перпендикул рно оси его вращени , чем и достигаетс  импульс.
