The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity. The amplitude detector contains transistors 1 and 2, resistors 3,4 and 5, a resistive voltage divider 6 to capacitors 7 and 8. The input signal through capacitor 8 goes to the base of the transistor, which performs the function of amplification and temperature compensation of horn voltage detection. Due to the same DC drift of the voltages on the collector of transistor 1 and on the transition of the base-emitter of transistor 2, which performs the amplitude detection function, the sensitivity of the detector is highly stable when the ambient temperature changes. 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill.

The invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radio reception devices.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity.
Figure 1 shows a structural electrical circuit of an amplitude detector; figure 2 - scheme-amplitude detector with adjustable automatic offset.
Amplitude detector (figure 1) counters the first and second transistors

8. .6 voltages and the first and second Kongs, capacitors 7 and 8..
11.Amplitude detector, shown in figure 2, contains a field-effect transistor 9, an additional capacitor 10 and an additional resistor 11.
The amplitude detector works in the following way.
Второй транзистор 2 выполн ет функцию амплитудного детектировани , а первьй транзистор 1 - функцию усилени и температурной компенсации изменени порогового напр жени детектировани .The input signal through the second capacitor 8 is supplied to the base of the first transistor 1. The first and second transistors 1 and 2 are connected according to the circuit with a common emitter. The second transistor 2 performs the function of amplitude detection, and the first transistor 1 performs the function of amplifying and compensating for temperature variations in the detection threshold voltage.
Using the detecting second transistor 2 in the gain mode, taking into account the gain of the first transistor 1 in alternating current, allows you to have an amplitude detector transmission ratio of 40-50 dB, which makes it possible to detect signals with an amplitude of millivolt units.
Due to the same DC drift of the voltage across the collector of the first transistor 1 and the base-emitter junction of the second transistor
2, a high stability of the sensitivity of the amplitude detector is provided when the ambient temperature changes.
The proposed coupling structure of the transistors allows the amplitude detector to operate up to power voltages close to 1V. The upper limit of the supply voltage is limited by the maximum allowable voltage for the transistors.
To extend the range of input voltages and at the same time maintain the stability of the operating mode, the lower
плечо резистивного делител 6 напр жени может быть выполнено управл емым , например в виде полевого транзистора (фиг.2).The resistive voltage divider 6 voltage can be made controlled, for example in the form of a field effect transistor (Fig. 2).
Дополнительный конденсатор 10 обеспечивает управление полевым транзистором 9 только по посто нному току .The controlled shoulder of the divider is made on the field-effect transistor 9, the gate of which is connected to the detector output via an additional resistor. An additional capacitor 10 provides control of the field effect transistor 9 only by direct current.
As the amplitude of the input signal carrier increases, the voltage on the collector of the second decreases.
The capacitor 10 filtered by the circuit; the resistor 11 transfers this voltage to the gate of the field-effect transistor 9. As a result, the ohmic resistance of the field channel
транзистора и амплитуда на входе (базе) второго транзистора 2 умень- щаютс .the transistor and the amplitude at the input (base) of the second transistor 2 are reduced.
Thus, the amplitude detector has a higher sensitivity, stability and maintains operability while reducing the supply voltage to small values
