S (ЛThe invention relates to the attachment of oil and gas wells and allows for an increase in the strength of cement stone in the early periods of hardening, while simultaneously increasing the adhesion force of cement stone with flaky rocks. The composition based on Portland cement (PC) includes calcium chloride, melamine form. dehydric resin (MS), methylcellulose. (MC) and water with the following composition of ingredients, wt.%; PC 67,70-68,00; calcium chloride 1,00-1,70; melamine formaldehyde resin 0.17-0.24; MC 0,, 24; water - the rest. Cement grouting solutions are prepared by introducing, under normal conditions, a QC for "cold wells" into mixing water containing MC, calcium chloride and MS. In one example of the formulation preparation, the mixing fluid is prepared by successively dissolving 0.71 g of MC, 0.71 g of MS and 5.00 g of calcium chloride in 90 CM of water. After that, 200 g of the QC are closed with the prepared aqueous solution and mixed. 1 tab. S (l

The cracking pressure of the hardened cement stone of relatively clay-bonded rock is measured in a laboratory setup using a specially designed set-top box. As the rock used cores of sandstone and marl, which are pre-saturated, with fresh water. The layer of the clay solution on the core is formed by keeping it in the chamber with the clay solution (non-diego clay) for 30 minutes at a pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa. The clay cores will be placed in a prefixed mold and filled with cement slurry containing calcium chloride, MS and MC. In this position, the cement slurry hardens in an aqueous medium and conditions of positive temperatures for 24 hours at a pressure of 0.1 MPa.
The compositions and properties are shown in the table.
It follows from the table that the developed grouting composition for segregation of layers at positive temperatures has in comparison with the known beneficiary advantages: acceleration of the rate of curing in the early periods of hardening and increase in the Strength of adhesion of cement stone with clay-bound rocks by 20-25% when using small amounts of non-toxic substances, which ensures the quality of isolation of the layers during well development.
