Abstract

FIELD: movie- and photo-materials. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out by component dissolving in solvent mixture - dibutylphthalate and triphenylphosphate containing additives followed by emulsification in gelatin aqueous solution in the presence of ionogenic surface-active substance. Dissolution is carried out in the presence of crystallization inhibitor - highly dispersed silicon oxide (aerosil with specific surface 175-300 m) 0.2-2 wt.-% of which is dispersed preliminary in solvent mixture indicated. Emulsification in aqueous-gelatinous solution is carried out in the presence of dispersing activating agent - aerosil (specific surface is 300 m) taken at concentration 0.4-0.5%. Surface-active substance is N, N, γ--decylhydroxypropyl-N-N-(β-)-carboxy-β--sulfopropionyl)-as- partic acid diethyl ester disodium salt. Activating agent is dispersed preliminary in aqueous-gelatinous solution containing surface-active substance. Prepared dispersions of color components - derivatives of aromatic acid (naphthoic acid and others) or pyrazolone-5 have increased content of components - up to 14% as compared with that 5.9% (in the known method). EFFECT: increased component content in dispersion at attainment of the mean size of particle (0.08-0.1 mcm). 4 tbl
