FIG. 1 shows a section cyclone; in fig. 2 - the same, top view.
The cyclone contains a cylindrical, for example titanium, non-magnetic body 1, a tangential inlet 2, the axis of which is fixed to a nozzle 3 for irrigating fluid, a nozzle 4 that serves to supply the washing fluid (a ball regeneration system). The annular space (working area 1 | iklon) is filled with balls 5 (for example, steel or iron), covered with izporostoykim, aggressiveness. Materialol (for example, plastic, rubber, etc.). The diameter of the balls is calculated by the formula
d ..ald ..al
.where dm is the diameter of the balls; cyclone diameter; vg is the total thickness of the walls of the flush tube (external cylinder); eb is the total gaps between the ball and the walls necessary for free movement of the balls, in general case 10-15 mm, the exhaust pipe is fixed in the housing cover 6, on the outer surface The cyclone bodies along the perimeter are equipped with sections of electromagnets 7, the number of sections is determined by the diameter of the cyclone and the flow rate of the gas supplied to it, and in the lower part of the cyclone there is a gateway 8 for unloading the collected dust into the bunker. The diameter of the filler ball is selected based on the following: in the cyclone section, two channels of movement of the filler balls can be traced (one ring channel up, one down). The most expedient is to place only one ball in the channel, since a larger number of balls leads to self-sealing and creates difficulties for the circulation of the filler. 6 is taken away from the cyclone diameter - the total thickness of the exhaust pipe walls (the outer cylinder) and g are the total gaps between the balls and walls needed for free movement of the balls, where the gap is necessary for free movement of the channel in the channel. The size of the gap is 5-10 mm, depending on the diameter of the cyclone. This value is taken in view of the overgrowth of the surface of the shara. .
0The exhaust pipe consists of an outer cylinder 9 and a coaxially located inner cylinder 10, on the outside of the cylinder 9 is rigidly connected

10.A downward spiraling guide 11 with it, on the inner side of the cylinder 9 there is a spiraling guide 12 rigidly connected to it, 12, transitional channels 13, 14 are installed on both ends of the same cylinder, representing an arc-shaped groove, one end of which is fixed on the wall of the housing 1, and the second on the outer surface of the cylinder 10.
The cyclone works as follows.
Шары с налип- щей пылью, двига сь в направлении движени газового потока по нисход щей спиралевидной направл ющей И, достигают торца внещнего цилиндра 9 выхлопной трубы и через переходный желоб 14 попадают на внутреннюю спиралевидную направл ющую 12, двига сь по восход щей в том же направлении, щары омываютс из патрубка 4 жидкостью, котора в виде суспензии стекает в бункер, так осуществл етс регенераци осаждающей поверхности наполнител .The gas stream to be cleaned through the tangential nozzle 2 is fed into the cyclone body 1, simultaneously irrigated with a stream of sprayed liquid from the nozzle 3 and acquires rotational motion. The electromagnets 7, which are connected in series with sections (switching on the next serves as a signal to turn off the previous one), cause the balls 5 of the filler to move in a directional motion, which move along the direction of the gas flow along spiral-shaped guides at a speed commensurate with the flow velocity. The speed of the sequence of the connecting sections of the electromagnets determines the velocity of the gas flow at the cyclone inlet. In this case, the particles of dust are deposited on the surface of the balls 5 and the wall of the body 1 of the cyclone. Spheres with sticking dust, moving in the direction of gas flow along the downward spiraling guide I, reach the end of the outer cylinder 9 of the exhaust pipe and through the transition groove 14 fall onto the internal spiraling guide 12, moving upward in the same direction. in the direction that the balls are washed from the pipe 4 with a liquid that flows as a suspension into the bunker, this is how the deposition surface of the filler is regenerated.
When reaching the upper coil of the helix, the knots go through the transitional chute 13 to the external helical guide 11, thus cyclically moving the bunches in the cyclone.
