Abstract
The invention relates to fire technology mining industry, namely, foam generators to obtain inert-mechanical foams, and improves its performance. The foam generator contains a gas blower 1 with a rotor 3 and a cylindrical grid 6 fixed to its shaft 2. The internal cavity of the grid is communicated by means of a pipe line to the device 10 for feeding the foaming solution. A grid of 4 is fixedly mounted around the grid 6 with an annular gap; it is made in the form of a cylinder with a closed wall 5 with an end face at the exit. The annular cavity, formed by lattice 6 and the foam-generating mesh 4, is connected with the outlet of the gas blower. 1 il.

The invention relates to fire suppression and can be used to obtain inert-mechanical foams for extinguishing and preventing underground fires and preventing explosions in mines.
The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of a lenogenerator.
The drawing shows schematically the foam generator, a longitudinal section.
The foam generator includes a gas blower 1 with a rotor 3 mounted on the shaft 2. A cylindrical foam forming grid 4 is rigidly attached to the gas blower 1, the other end of which has a wall 5. The cylindrical grill 6 is attached to the shaft 2 at one end. The other end of the cylindrical grille is plugged. plug 7. Central lattice 6 is placed in cytindric foaming grid 4 with the formation of the annular cavity 8 of the Mizhlu HHNni. The cavity 9 of the cylindrical lattice 6 communicates with the system 10 of the supply of foaming solution.
The gene generator (1p works as follows.
The gas under pressure is fed into the gas-1, which causes the rotor 3 to rotate and the cylindrical grill 6 fixed on its shaft 2. At the same time, from the system 10 into the cavity 9 of the n-ygindric lattice 6, foam solution is fed, which is centrifuged. The gh forces are thrown onto the cylindrical grid 6. The presence of plug 7 prevents the foaming solution from entering the annular cavity 8 through the end of the tindrical grid 6. Passing the cylindrical grid, the foaming solution is crushed into fine drops. on cylindrical

4, the foaming pac-iBop wets the cylindrical foaming net and the gas passing through it forms a foam.
To increase performance, the foam generator is sufficient to increase the rotor speed. At the same time, as the amount of gas entering the annular cavity 8 increases, the flow of the foaming solution to the cylindrical foaming network increases due to an increase in centrifugal forces, under the action of the casing foaming solution flows from the rotating cylindrical lattice to the cylindrical foam-forming material. mesh. Thus, an increase in the speed of rotation of the rotor of the blower does not hinder, but contributes to an increase in the performance of the foam generator.
