1 изображена блока-схема предлагаемого устройства; на фиг.2- форма фазочастотной характеристики (ФЧХ) измерительной камеры, измер емые величины частот и задаваемые уровни модул ции фазы на выходе блока згправлени .FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the proposed device; 2 shows the form of the phase-frequency characteristic (PFC) of the measuring chamber, the measured frequency values and the set levels of phase modulation at the output of the control unit.
1.The device contains a generator 1 connected in series, a measuring chamber 2 with radiating and receiving acoustic transducers (not shown), a phase detector 3, a summing integrator 4 and an adder 5, a control unit 6, the input of which is connected to the generator output and the output to the second input summing integrator A, and a controlled source 7, the output of which is connected to the second input of the adder 5, the second input of the phase detector 3 is connected to the output of the generator 1, the output of the adder 5 is connected to the control input of the generator 1.
The device works as follows.
Уровень сигнала модул ции фазы ±s (f на выходе блока 6 управлени представл 0The voltage of the generator 1 excites the radiating transducer of the measuring chamber 2, which emits an ultrasonic wave propagating in the medium under study. The ultrasonic wave is converted at the receiving transducer into electrical oscillations arriving at the first input of the phase detector 3, the second input of which receives a signal from the generator 1. At the output of the phase detector 3, a signal is generated whose level is proportional to the phase difference q of the input signals without taking into account the integer If. This signal is fed to the first summing input of the integrator 4. The signal from the output of the control unit 6 is fed to the second input of the integrator 4. The level of the phase modulation signal is ± s (f at the output of control unit 6 is 0

.em is a periodic sequence of three levels. If the average level iff of the signal at the output of control unit 6 is not equal to the level of the signal at the output of phase detector 3, the voltage at the integrator output will vary and over the negative feedback circuit through adder 5 will provide phase automatic frequency control (FA11CH) of generator 1 at the center frequency f corresponding to the phase difference n on the phase response of the measuring chamber. The discrete switching of the phase modulation signal level + S tf will be monitored by the PLL, which will cause the modulation of the phase difference between the signals at the input and output of the measuring chamber 2 and the corresponding frequency deviation + sf (see figure 2). The magnitude of the modulation signal difference ± s cf relative to the average Cip value corresponds to the modulation of the phase difference by t. .
The control unit 6 measures the center frequency ± f and the frequency deviation + sfц corresponding to the selected number n from the harmonics numbers of the measuring chamber 2. To determine the harmonic number n, they fix the frequency f, the signal level at the output of the controlled source 7 is changed by an amount approximately equal to the difference center frequencies of two harmonics differing in phase by 21G. At the same time, the PLL is precisely tuned to the frequency of the harmonic in which the oscillator 1 was rebuilt with a change in the level at the output of the controlled source 7 "The harmonic number n is determined by the difference 2if of the center frequencies f t 2 and f in accordance with
