Description
The invention relates to the construction and can be used for the manufacture of multilayer reinforced concrete structures on flexible connections.
The purpose of the invention is the increase in debt from these designs.
The method of piling up a multi-layer panel is carried out as follows.
Затем укладывают верхний слой бетон- ной смеси и производ т термообработ- ку панели в пропарочной камере .The lower layer of the concrete mix is laid in a mold, installation of insulation with a reinforcement cage with overheads on it, formed by installing the reinforcement cage in a form with openings for outlets, filling it with a foaming composition under pressure and stripping. Then the top layer of the concrete mix is placed and the panel is heat-treated in a steam chamber.
For the manufacture of large-area panels or a complex configuration, for example, with window or door openings, the thermal insulation layer is made composite with separate frames for each part5 and each such frame is cast in a separate form, after which they are assembled on the lower concrete layer.
An example of the manufacture of a three-layer panel
A reinforcing cage, the ends of the reinforcement cage intended for embedding in concrete layers, is placed in the lower part of the detachable steel form (with a height equal to the thickness of the thermal insulation layer in the panel) and is pulled out from the top of the form pan. fittings also penetrate through the corresponding holes on the C sides of the mold to create a backpressure that they put on bandages.
A mixture-composition of phenolic resole foam is prepared in the ratio of resin FRV-1A to catalyst 4-5 to 1. Through the special holes, the mold with the frame is filled with the foaming composition of phenolic foam. For better foaming of the composition, each component of FGP-1 is preheated to 40-50 ° C. After 5 min after pouring, the form krush is removed, and the reinforcement cage with the obtained hardened layer of thermal insulation is removed from the mold, placed on the lower concrete layer, the reinforcement mesh S is placed on top, and the concrete

The molded panel is sent to heat treatment in a steam chamber.
З и 4 - то же, дл укрупненных элементов арматурного каркаса; на фиг.5 - наружна трехслойна стенова панель после формовани в форме А; на фиг.6 - раскладка отдельных каркасов в наружной стеновой панели с оконным проемом .Figure 1 shows a detachable form with an installed reinforcing cage and foam insulation; Fig.2 - separately reinforcement cage with foam insulation after stripping of detachable j in Fig. 3 and 4 - the same for integrated reinforcing cage elements; Fig. 5 shows an outer three-layer wall panel after molding in Form A; figure 6 - the layout of the individual frames in the outer wall panel with a window opening.
7.The device for producing a multilayer panel contains a split form 1 with an installed reinforcement cage 2 and foam insulation 3. Form 4 consists of a lower layer of concrete mix 5, an upper layer 6 with reinforcement cage 2 placed by them and an insulation foam 3, the lower and upper layers reinforced with mesh 7.
In the proposed method, the reinforcement cage consists of separate metal rods (and is not a closed plane like a honeycomb cage). Tight bonding of the reinforcement cage with a layer of thermal insulation and elimination of cold bridges is possible only by pouring these frameworks with a foaming composition in special forms with backpressure, i.e. the volume of foam that is poured in is selected in such a way that the backpressure is created during foaming. This provides a foam seal and a strong connection with the elements of the frame. At the same time, the surface layer is monolithic and this makes it possible not to use special protective waterproofing layers.
Долговечность конструкции и сохранность в ней арматуры будут опреде-- л тьс двум факторами: влажностным состо нием материалов конструкции (и прежде всего утеплител ) и коррозионной стойкостью арматуры,The durability of the structure and the safety of the reinforcement in it will be determined by two factors: the moisture state of the materials of the structure (and first of all the insulation) and the corrosion resistance of the reinforcement;
In the npefyiaraeMOM method, when foaming foam in special forms, there is a tight contact between the reinforcement and the foam, the gaps between them are eliminated, which are the main source of moisture and oxygen penetration to the reinforcement, causing it to corrode. Thus, the proposed method of manufacturing the panel design makes it possible to ensure greater safety of the reinforcement than the known method.
Основные показатели панелей, изготовленных по известному и предлагаемому способу представлены в таблице и свидетельствзт)Т о возможности повышени теплозащитных качеств панелей на гибких св з х, улучшени их влажноетного режима и ликвидации мостиков холода при использовании изобретени .The main indicators of panels manufactured according to the known and proposed method are presented in the table and evidence) about the possibility of increasing the heat-shielding qualities of the panels on flexible connections, improving their wetting mode and eliminating cold bridges when using the invention.
