Abstract
The invention relates to the production of fertilizers and can be used to concentrate complex fertilizers. In order to improve the effectiveness of the additive while reducing its consumption and giving the fertilizer physiologically active properties, the nitro form is treated with waste from acrylate production containing ammonium sulfate with bottom residue mono-ethanol-amine gas cleaning from carbon dioxide. The consumption of the additive is 0.08-0.16% by weight of the fertilizer, and the content of the vat residue is 0.5-10.0% by volume of the total volume of the additive. 1 tab.
Description

The amount of waste introduced monoethanolamine purification is limited by the content of growth substances, it should be in the range of 0.01-0.001%. A lower content does not lead to the desired effect, but is more toxic to plants.

This can be attributed to the fact that the solution being treated has a pH of 10 (the known one has a pH of 6.6). The remaining characteristics of the product remain in accordance with the requirements of GOST for the appropriate fertilizer. As can be seen from the table, an increase in the norm of the additive (more than 0.16%) does not lead to a strong effect of decreasing tracking and an increase in strength (due to the presence of 60% of water in this solution). In addition, additional drying of the product will be required. With
