Изменением скорости потока, угла наклона плоскости пульпы и скорости восход щих аэрированных П регулируют скорость столкновени частиц с пузырьками , котора вл етс определ ющей дл обеспечени их слипани и флотации . 1 ил. i (ЛThe invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and m. used for flotation separation of various ores and coals. The purpose of the invention is to increase the extraction of a valuable component and reduce energy consumption. A multilayer curtain is created from vertical aerated (P) fluids or slurries that do not contain floatable particles ascending at a speed of 0.015-0.025 m / s. At the same time, the number of layers of multilayer P is taken not less than 14. The initial pulp is sent at a speed of 0.05-0.2 m / s in the form of a flat P at an angle of 20-40 to the horizon through the curtain created. By varying the flow rate, the angle of inclination of the pulp plane, and the speed of the ascending aerated Ps, they regulate the rate of collision of particles with bubbles, which is decisive for their sticking and flotation. 1 il. i (L

The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, and in particular to methods for flotation of coarse-grained and granular mineral particles, and can be used for the flotation separation of various ores and coals.
The aim of the invention is to improve the extraction of a valuable component and reduce energy consumption,
The method is carried out as follows.
14.The initial pulp is directed at a speed of 0.05-0.12 m / s in the form of a flat flow at an angle of 20-40 to the horizon through a multi-layer curtain of vertical aerated liquid or slurry streams rising from a speed of 0.015-0.025 m / s. not containing floatable particles, and the number of layers of multilayer flows take at least 14.
The creation of a multilayer curtain from ascending vertical aerated flows and a predetermined angle of the pulp flow meeting with it is provided by feeding the aerated liquid in chamber I (see drawing) upward through flat nozzles 2, which are installed with decreasing their output ends from one chamber wall to another. that they form an inclined plane 3, in the upper part of which a stream of the original pulp is fed over its entire width. The movement of mineral particles along an inclined plane 3 depends on the angle of its inclination, the speed of the ascending aerated fluid flows, the force of gravity and the hydrodynamic action of the pulp flows. By varying the flow rate of the pulp, the angle of inclination of the plane and the speed of the ascending aerated flows, the speed is regulated.
столкновени частиц с пузырьками, котора вл етс определ ющей дл обеспечени их слипани и флотации.collisions of particles with bubbles, which is crucial for their sticking and flotation.
The maximum floatability of sylvite particles with a particle size of 3-0.8 mm in a saturated salt solution (mother liquor) is achieved at a tilt angle of plane 3 within 20-40, pulp flow rate 0.05-0.12 m / s and speed of ascending aerated streams mother liquor 0,015-0,025 m / s. With the above process parameters, the speed of relative movement of particles and bubbles does not exceed 0.15 m / s and is optimal for ensuring a high probability of sticking of the colliding particles and bubbles.
14-16. .The optimum rate of intersection of the particles being floated is that the number of aerated liquid layers is at least 14-16. .
