The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular, to high voltage technology.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by increasing dielectric strength and simplifying the structure by combining the shielding and protection functions.
The drawing shows the input design.
1. In the conductive wall 1, a housing 2 is made of insulating material, through which the current conductor 3 passes. the wall 1 is symmetrical to its outer surface, and its outer edge is located inside the high-voltage screen 4 with overlapping relative to the edge of the latter, and the edges of both screens 4 and 5 are rounded (made in the form of an annular gap ka 6). The edge of the high-voltage screen 4 is made with a significantly larger diameter than the edge of the grounded screen 5, in order to reduce its strength relative to the conductive wall 1 and to bring this edge of the high-voltage screen 4 as close as possible to wall 1. The distance between the edges of the screen and their radii of curvature are calculated so that the breakdown voltage between the edges of the discharge circuit is 1.5–2 times less than the possible breakdown between the edge of the high-voltage screen 4 and wall 1.
7.The grounded screen 5 between the insulator 2 and the edges of the wall 1 has elastic conductive or semiconducting gaskets 7.
4.The grounded screen 5 consists of two symmetrical halves with a threaded connection, which simplifies their manufacture, assembly and disassembly of the input. The insertion is assembled by fixing the housing 2 in the wall 1 for a flange around the large diameter of the body and by means of elastic pads 7, which are clamped when twisting the two symmetrical halves of the grounded shield along the thread. Then the current lead 3 is fixed in the housing 2, and the high voltage shield 4 is fixed on the current lead 3.

High-voltage input works as follows.
The high voltage from the high-voltage device is supplied to the current lead 3. The shape of screen 4 not only aligns the electric field at the edge of the current lead, but also protects the body 2 from direct rainfall on it, in the form of rain and snow, and the shape of the grounded screen 5 the hyperboloid is optimal for breaking the electric field along the current lead and protecting the body 2 from direct and reflected precipitation from the wall, for which its edge is placed inside the socket of the high-voltage screen 4 with overlapping relatively after him. The possibility of moisture penetrating through a hole in the wall is eliminated due to the shape of the grounded shield 5, its symmetrical arrangement relative to the outer part of wall 1, as a result of which the diameter of the cross section along its outer part is minimal, and the presence of elastic semiconducting or conductive gaskets 7 between shield 5 and wall 1 gives the necessary sealing and reliable electrical contact.
The resulting leakage currents are removed to earth through the screen 5, and in the case of dangerous overvoltages, an air gap is broken between the edges of the screens 4 and 5, which are made in the form of ring gaps, the distance from the wall and the shape of the edge of the high-voltage screen 4 provide this case there is no probo between them.
1.Mechanical loads from the weight of the input through the screen 5 are uniformly transmitted to the wall 1.
The technical efficiency of the device consists in increasing the electrical strength and reducing the size by leveling the electric field by selecting the shape of the screens and their relative positioning, which simultaneously allows the screen and the functions of protecting the insulator body from external precipitation and thereby distorts the dielectric housing mount, simplify the design and assembly technology input. Mechanical strength is increased, the total number of parts is reduced, the fabrication and installation of the bushing is simplified, the hole in the conductive wall is reduced, thereby increasing the mechanical strength of the wall and its shielding effect, thermal insulation and sealing. Entry mobility is enhanced by ease of installation and disassembly. The operational reliability of the input during transients is increased due to the operation of the edges of the screens as a discharge and exclusion of precipitation on the hull axially relative to the wind direction insulator.
