Description
II
Изобретение относитс к строительству нефт ных и газовых скважин, в частности к получению облегченных цементных растворов дл креплени обсадных колонн при разобщении горизонтов с низким пластовым давлением и склонных к поглощению тампонажных растворов в нефт ных и газовых скважинах .The invention relates to the construction of oil and gas wells, in particular to the preparation of lightweight cement slurries for securing casing strings when disconnecting horizons with low formation pressure and prone to absorption of cement slurries in oil and gas wells.
The aim of the invention is the adhesion of cement stone with a casing while maintaining low values of water loss and water separation of the cement slurry.
ч.:Cement mortar contains portland cement, hydroxyethyl cellulose, calcium chloride and water in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.h .:
100 .Portland Cement 100.
0,5-7,0Calcium chloride 0.5-7.0

Table 1 shows the technological parameters of cement mortars.
Table 2 shows the data characterizing the adhesion of the cement stone to the casing.
To prepare cement thieves, the following products are used: portland cement — gray powder; calcium chloride — white crystalline powder; hydroxyethylcellulose (Tiloza EH) —white powder, which is well soluble in water.
ч.:Example. 2.7 tyloses of EH, 12 g of calcium chloride are successively dissolved in 480 ml of water. Then, the resulting solution is shut in 600 g of portland cement. Thus, a cement mortar is obtained with the following content of ingredients, wt.h .:

0,45Portland cement 100 Tylosa EN0.45
80Calcium Chloride 2.0 g Water80
25The technological parameters are given in Table 2 and have low stable values of water loss regardless of the quantitative change of 10 ingredients (only 17.9-24.2% of the liquid is filtered out within 30 min), high sedimentation stability (water loss coefficient equals 0 for 3 hours) , low density 1B (1560-1650 kg / m), strong adhesion of cement stone to metal (normal voltage 2.10 kgf / cm), and the cement stone formed from this solution has an increased bending strength of 20. These properties of lightweight cement slurry provide an increase in the quality of horizon dissociation during well casing. 25
