The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used to transfer heavy products in furnaces during heat treatment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the reverse operation of the conveyor by reducing the required tension of the tension of the traction chains.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a conveyor for moving heavy products in a furnace during forward movement; figure 2 - the same, in reverse motion
14Conveyor Consists of traction chains 1, driven sprockets 2 and 3 with tensioning devices in the form of cargo loads 4 and 5, sliders 6 and 7, in which axes of driven sprockets are fixed, stops 8 and 9, limiting the movement of sliders of driven sprockets in the drive side, the drive shaft 10 with the leading sprockets 11, the deflecting sprockets 12 and the drive 13. On the working branch of the traction chain 1 there are products heated in the furnace 14
The conveyor works as follows.
1.During direct movement of the heated products 14 (Fig. 1), when the actuator 13 is turned on, leading sprockets 11 begin to rotate, driving the spurious 12 sprockets 12 through the sprocket chain 1.
At the beginning of the movement, the drive force is transmitted to the section of the traction chain I, which is located between the drive shaft 10 and the driven sprocket 2. Under the action of the tension force of this section of the traction chain 1 at the beginning of the driving, the asterisk 2 with the slider 6 moves; lifting the load 4, in its guides towards the drive 13 until the slider 6 stops against the stop 8 and stops, then with the fixed axis of the driven sprocket 2 the drive force is transmitted to that section. the traction chain 1., on which the products 14 heated in the furnace are placed, as a result of which their movement begins. At the same time, the driven sprocket 3 under the action of the load 5 moves with the slider 7, moving away from the stop 9 in the direction from the drive 13, and as a result, the necessary tension of the sections of the traction chain 1 located between the heated products 14 and the driven sprocket is ensured. 3, as well as between

10.the same asterisk and drive shaft 10.
13.During the reverse movement of the heated products 14 (Fig. 2), under the action of the drive 13 turned on for the reverse rotation, the drive force is transmitted to the section of the traction chain 1, which is located between the drive shaft 10 and the driven sprocket 3. Under the action of the tension force of this section the traction chain 1 initially knows the sprocket 3 with the slider 7, moves, lifts the load 5, in its guides towards the drive 13 until the slider 7 rests against the stop 9 and then stops at the fixed axis of the driven sprocket 3 which is now fixed the drive portion is transmitted to the traction chain 1, which has heated the article 14, causing their movement begins. At the same time, the driven star 2 under the action of the load 4 moves with the slide 6, moving away from the stop B in the direction away from the actuator 13, and as a result, the necessary tension of the sections of the drag chain 1 located between the heated products 14 and the driven sprocket is ensured. 2, and also between the same asterisk and the drive 13.
At the initial position of the unloaded conveyor under the action of a greater tension applied to the driven sprocket 3 than to the driven sprocket 2, the latter moves in the drive side up to the stop 8, which provides the initial arrangement of all the conveyor chains without displacement relative to each other.
The present invention, in comparison with the known, provides due to the position of the slave stars, with tensioning devices at both ends of the conveyor, and the drive shaft with drive sprockets between them, the necessary reliable tension of all sections of the traction chain, regardless of the direction of rotation of the drive shaft. As a result, the costs for the manufacture of traction chains (there is no need to reinforce the traction chains when switching to the reversible work of the conveyor), for the manufacture of goods and recess for them, as well as the reliability of the conveyor increases. x tension all knots and details
