Дл  гер метичного соединени  трубопроводов из термопластичных материалов широко используетс  разъемное фланцевое соединение, требующее отбортовки труб намного превышаюи.1:ей их наружный диаметр. Существующими способами формовани  борта труб при помощи простейшего штампа с предварительным нагревом конца трубы не всегда удаетс  получить отбортовку нужного диаметра вследствие  влени  складкообразовани  и большого трени  материала с пуансоном в процессе формовани . Кроме того, отсутствие стабильного температурного режима вызывает перенапр жени  в материале и разностенность отбортовки .For hermetic joining of pipelines of thermoplastic materials, a split flange joint is widely used, requiring flanging of pipes much higher than 1: its outer diameter. Сущность способа заключаетс  в том, что, с целью стабилизации температурного режима формовани  и исключени  складкообразовани , радиальные усили , приложенные на конец трубы, создаютс  потоком гор чего сжатого воздуха, подаваемого через радиальные отверсти  пуансона.The proposed method allows to obtain a bead of a large size without the appearance of folds and strictly sustained in thickness.
