Description

The invention relates to medicine; namely to ophthalmology.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of treatment due to the fact that biological glue is periodically applied to the affected corneal surface until the cornea is epithelized, and transparency is restored.

Patient B., 14 years old. Diagnosis: Chemical burn II-I1I degree of the cornea of the right eye. Visual acuity of the right eye is 0.09-0.1 (without correction).

The patient is subjected to primary treatment, anesthesia of the surgical floor, removal of necrotic tissues, and foreign bodies. The formed bed is dried by blowing oxygen, biological glue is applied on the bed so that the diameter of the area covered with glue exceeds the affected area by 2 mm.

Glue is prepared by mixing 0.2 g of lyophilized plasma with 0.5 ml of saline.

Biological glue after 24 hours is re-applied again through the same
