It reduces the laboriousness of manufacturing a forging mandrel and expands its technological capabilities. For this, the stop sleeve, placed on the mandrel bar, is made split with an outer diameter depending on the diameters of the rod within which the stop sleeve moves. A layer of material with an increased value of thermal expansion coefficient is deposited on the inner surface of the latter. When forging a workpiece placed on a mandrel, the resistant sleeve operates within the elastic deformations of its material. This allows the reusable bushing to be reused. 1 hp f-ly, 10 ill. with GcheE O5 OO 00 with

Наличие пластической деформации приводит к искажению геометрических размеров втулки и резкому снижению величины осевого подпора заготовки .This ratio, obtained as a result of special research, allows the sleeve to expand as it moves along the conical rod 3 only within the limits of elastic deformation. If the specified inequality is not fulfilled, plastic deformation takes place, first of all, of the external metal layers of the stop sleeve or destruction of the sleeve in the most dangerous section, which is diametrically opposite the cut in the wall of the sleeve. The presence of plastic deformation leads to a distortion of the geometric dimensions of the sleeve and a sharp decrease in the size of the axial support of the workpiece.
The implementation of the stop sleeve 4 with a layer of cladding metal 5 deposited on the inner surface with a higher thermal expansion coefficient of the metal makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the mandrel.
The sleeve is manufactured as follows.
First, a shell is made of a base metal, which is deposited on the inner surface of the cladding metal. Medium alloyed steels can be used as the base metal, and austenitic steels, for example, O8X1810T, can be used as the cladding metal. Then the bimetallic shell is annealed and cut along the generator. After cutting, the cladding metal layer with a higher thermal expansion coefficient creates compressive stresses in the base metal of the sleeve, and the section closes again. After that, the sleeve is bored on the inner surface of the cone. In this case, the original sleeve already has twisted metal layers, reaching maximum compressive stresses on the inner surface and stresses stretching on the outer surface of the sleeve. With
10Neither a certain gap of the voltage decreases to zero, and then change its sign, i.e. on the outer surface of the sleeve, they become compressive, and on the inner
Rennie - stretching. This allows the sleeve stroke to be approximately doubled. When surfacing the inner surface of the sleeve with metal with a thermal expansion coefficient greater than 1.1 times less than the thermal expansion coefficient of the base metal, the compressive stresses from the cladding metal do not have a practical effect on the compression of the base metal layer from the sleeve. When the coefficient of thermal expansion of the cladding metal is more than 1.5 times greater than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the base metal, the compressive stresses occurring after annealing.

1,1 -1,5. leads to cracking and delamination of the cladding and base metals. The recommended interval for the ratio of the thermal expansion coefficients of the cladding and base metals is in the range of 1.1 -1.5.
