Abstract
с (Л оо to оо со The invention relates to the field of metal forming and can be used in the production of parts by hot isothermal stamping. The purpose of the invention is to increase the structural strength of the punch and reduce the consumption of expensive structural material. To achieve the goal, the stamp contains an induction heater located concentrically outside. In the body of the stamp there is a cavity consisting of two sections - energy-receiving and energy-conducting. The first of them is made in the form of an open hollow cylinder along the periphery of the punch at a distance from the side surface that is smaller than the penetration depth of the electromagnetic field. The energy-conducting section of the cavity is made in the form of a spiral converging to the axis of the die. The direction of the spiral turns and the induction heater are the same. In this cavity, a material with high electrical and thermal conductivity is placed — an electrical temperature-conductor that partially eliminates the extrusion of magnetic flux from the central part of the punch to the periphery. This leads to a more uniform distribution of electric power losses in the body of the stamp and, consequently, to the equalization of the temperature regime over the cross section of the stamp. This allows the die to be divided into sections with insulating gaskets and built-in refrigerators. 1 il. with (L oo to oo with
Description
The invention relates to equipment for metal forming and can be used in the production of parts by hot isothermal stamping.
Цель изобретени - повьтение конструктивной прочности штампа и снижение расхода дорогосто щего конструкционного материала путем повьшени равномерности распределени температуры в теле штампа благодар выравниванию магнитной индукции в поперечном сечении штампа, вследствие чего можно отказатьс от разделени штампа на секции с теплоизолирующими прокладками и встроенными холодильниками .The purpose of the invention is to increase the structural strength of the stamp and reduce the consumption of expensive structural material by increasing the uniform distribution of temperature in the body of the stamp by aligning the magnetic induction in the cross section of the stamp, as a result of which it is possible to refuse to divide the stamp into sections with insulating pads and built-in refrigerators.
IThe drawing shows a stamp, a cross-section. I
The stamp contains the working tool
1, covered inductor 2. In the working tool there is a special cavity, which is closed on the top and bottom by the punch material. In this cavity an electrical temperature conduit (ETP) 3 of highly conductive material (copper, aluminum, etc.) is placed. The surface of the ECP is coated with a special high-resistance oxide film that reduces the radial leakage currents through the die body. A more uniform heating temperature of the stamp is provided even without applying an oxide insulating layer on the ECP, but to a lesser extent, since the radial leakage currents through the die increase.
The ETP consists of two sections — an energy-receiving 4 and an energy-conducting 5. Section 4 is made in the form of a hollow cylinder that is not closed around the circumference and located in the outer layer of the stamp extremely close to its lateral surface. The distance from this portion of the ECP to the side surface of the punch 4g must be less than the penetration depth of the electromagnetic field.

где р(0м/м) и дТГн/м) - удельное сопротивление и магнитна проницаемость материала штампа;where р (0м / м) and дТГн / м) - specific resistance and magnetic permeability of the material of the stamp;

The minimum value of lg is determined by mechanical strength.
2,Section 5 of the ETP is spiral, so that the current through it is closed in the direction opposite to that in section 4 (in Fig.1, the direction of the current in the ETP is indicated by arrows). In connection with this, the magnetic flux in the central part is directed in the same way as the flux created by inductor 2,
т.е. The ETP partially eliminates the extrusion of magnetic flux from the central part to the periphery caused by eddy currents in the die. This leads to a more uniform distribution of
Выравниванию температурного режима способствует и высока теплопроводность материала ЭТП.loss of electricity in the body of the stamp. The thermal conductivity of the ETP material also contributes to the equalization of the temperature regime.
The operation of an ETP is not fundamentally changed if molten metal, such as molten aluminum, is used as its material.
