Abstract
The invention relates to the field of metal forming and can be used in various fields of engineering during stretching. The aim of the invention is to reduce the stretching force and improve the quality of the finished products. The stamp is supplied with a DC source 10, the positive pole of which is connected to the sleeve 6 placed on the matrix (M) 4. The negative pole of the source of electric current 10 is connected to M 4. At the same time M 4 and sleeve 6 are electrically isolated from each other between the sleeve 6 and the workpiece 3 is filled with electrolyte 9. During drawing, the electric current flowing through the electrolyte 9 causes a layer of antifriction metal to deposit on the surface of the workpiece 3. This contributes to reducing the friction of the workpiece 3 about M 4, reducing the stretching force, improving the surface quality of the finished product. 1 il. from 5 cl

The invention relates to equipment for metal forming, namely, dies for deep drawing.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce stretching and improve the quality of products.
The drawing shows a stamp for deep drawing, a general view.
The deep-drawing punch contains a punch 1, an annular clamp 2, pressing the workpiece 3 to the surface of the exhaust matrix 4. On the surface of the exhaust matrix 4 there is an electrical insulating gasket 5, on which is installed the bushing 6 with holes 7 and 8 for supplying and removal of electrolyte 9 in the annular gap between the sleeve 6 and the workpiece 3. The sleeve 6 is connected to the positive pole of the source 10 of electric current, and the exhaust matrix 4 or ring clamp 2 to the negative pole.
The stamp operates as follows. The blank 3 is pressed by the annular clamp 2 to the surface of the exhaust matrix 4. An electrolyte 9 is supplied to the annular cavity between the sleeve 6 and the workpiece 3. The sleeve 6 and the matrix 4 are connected to the poles of the electric current source 10. The extraction die 4 and the workpiece 3 are under the same voltage. At the same time, a layer of antifriction metal, for example copper, is deposited on the surface of the workpiece 3. Then the punch 1 begins to move and pull the workpiece 3 through the matrix 4. As the workpiece 3 passes by the sleeve 6, antifriction metal is deposited on its surface.
As lubricant, an electrolytically deposited layer of antifriction metal is used on the surface of the workpiece, which does not form

Слой такой смазки равномерен вдоль всей заготовки.mediocre in the process of drawing as a result of the passage of electric current through the electrolyte. The thickness of the layer of antifriction metal can be adjusted by setting the desired amount of electric current. A layer of this lubricant is uniform along the entire workpiece.
Thus, the drawing force and breakage of the blanks are reduced as a result of uniform deposition of the antifriction metal on the surface of the billet from the very beginning of the drawing process, which Decreases the coefficient of friction of the billet against the matrix; the surface quality of the finished product is improved, since contact between the billet and exhaust matrix and sticking of the billet metal to the surface of the exhaust matrix is avoided; as well as the elongation of the product from high-strength metals due to the separation of the surfaces of the workpiece and the plastic matrix with an antifriction metal,
снижени коэффициента трени и уменьшени усили выт жки.reducing the coefficient of friction and reducing the stretching force.
