Abstract
Изобретение относитс к складированию хвостов горно-обогатительных предпри тий черной, цветной металлургии и угледобывающей промышленности. Цель изобретени - снижение капитальных затрат на складирование путе.м уменьщени объема хвостохранилища за счет повышени концентрации твердой фазы. Хвостова пульпа разливаетс в разъемные ковщи, которые транспортируютс по замкнутой траектории. Попада в зону холода, пульпа замораживаетс . Через определенный отрезок времени пульпа освобождаетс из ковщей в виде брикетов, которые затем транспортируют к месту хранени и оттаивают. В процессе оттаивани пульпа делитс на жидкую и твердую фазы. Жидка фаза удал етс самотеком. Тверда фаза сгущаетс и после обезвоживани перекачиваетс в хвостохранИлище и складируетс . При отрицательных температурах замораживание пульпы производ т в процессе послойного складировани пород. 1 з.п. ф-лы.
