Устройство дл  отделени  ботвы от корнеплодов на корню содержит закрепленное на вертикальном валу 1 основание 2, св занное посредством упругого элемента с двум  взаи.мно перпендикул рными эластичными пр моугольной формы пластинами 4 и 5. Пластины 4 и 5 соединены друг с другом в их средней части и размещены в горизонтальной плоскости. Упругий элемент выполнен в виде части решетчатой сферы, состо ш.ей из расположенных по ее образующим продольных упругих стержней 8. Пластины 4 и 5 закреплены на упругом элементе посредством сферического сегмента 3, обращенного своей вершиной вниз от вала 1. Свободные концы пластин 4 и 5 в процессе работы легко копируют микрорельеф почвы и скольз т по выступающим из почвы головкам корнеплодов, одновременно очища  оставшиес  черешки ботвы.
