Description

Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени очистки минерализованных сточных вод, содержащих соли жесткости .The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification of saline wastewater containing hardness salts.
нилтолуола, например ВПК-402, и реагента - полиэтиленполиамина поли N, N,N ,N -метиленфосфоновой кислоты, известного под названием ПАФ-13, при следующих соотношени х исходных компонентов , мае.%:Before settling, the oil-containing mineralized wastewater is treated with a mixture of cationic flocculant - quaternary ammonium salt based on polystyrene and polyvinyltoluene, for example VPK-402, and the reagent - polyethylenepolyamine poly N, N, N, N-methylene phosphonic acid, known as PAF -13, with the following ratios of the starting components,% by weight:

As can be seen from Table 1, the treatment of Yefteso-containing mineralized waste water containing hardness salts in a known manner using flocculant of the cationic type, for example, polyethylene alloy (PEI) or VPK-402, is ineffective: the purity does not exceed 41%. When using PAF-13, the cleaning effect is also low.

The components of the mixture are introduced into the wastewater stream, either as an aqueous solution or as separate solutions in water of each of the ingredients.

The reagents are introduced in the form of a 1% solution. After treatment, the water is settled for 50 minutes. The cleaning effect is 93% dp of fresh water and 92% for mineralized.

(47,4%), т.е. (47.4%), i.e. Reagent is not effective. Using the proposed method, i.e. Treatment of waste water before settling with a mixture of reagent and flocculating agent increases the cleaning effect by almost 2 times and reaches 91.2% for water with an initial oil content of 1,000 mg / l and 95% for waste water with an oil content of 500 mg / l.
