Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the petrochemical, shipbuilding, engineering and other industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of dispersion.
(The drawing shows the device (disperser) that implements the proposed method. (
The device consists of a dispersant housing 1, in which a mixing chamber 2, an annular nozzle 3, a fuel supply channel 4, a water supply channel 5 and an emulsion outlet 6 are made.
The method of preparation of the water-fuel emulsion is carried out as follows.
The fuel (fuel oil F-5) is taken as a dispersed medium at a temperature of 30 ° С, and the phase being dispersed is water, at an overpressure of 1.0 MPa and a temperature of 183 C.
The fuel in the mixing chamber 2 is fed through an annular nozzle 3 with a speed exceeding the critical one, which ensures the formation of cavities in the top 7 part of the mixing chamber 2. When the fuel pressure is 0.4 MPa, the width of the annular gap is 1.7 mm, the vacuum in the cavity is 0.083 MPa,
The saturation temperature of the water at This vacuum (pressure 0,017 MPa) is. Superheated (to) water is supplied to the resulting cavity (reduced pressure cavity), the superheat of which is 127 ° C (183-56). The water in the cavity evaporates, increasing the stability of the cavity. The formed vapor from the cavity exits into the liquid in the form of dislodging small bubbles. Without evaporating, part of the water spreads into vapor-gas
In the medium, its droplets fall on the constant cavitating surface of the floor, where the dispersion process is completed, it is known that the size of the droplets formed depends on the amount of water overheating. When overheated, they are 1-3 µm. In this case, the maintenance of a given amount of water in the emulsion is easy to accomplish by observing and maintaining the corresponding difference in the amount of water temperature between the emulsion and fuel temperatures at the inlet.
