Description
The invention relates to railway transport and concerns the construction of a communication system of a truck with a vehicle body.
The purpose of the invention is to increase durability and reliability.
На фиг.1 показана схема установки амортизатора на железнодорожном экипаже; на фиг.2 - конструктивное исполнение амортизатора .Figure 1 shows the installation of the shock absorber on the railway carriage; figure 2 - the design of the shock absorber.
Амортизатор работает следующим образом .The shock absorber 1 is mounted on the frame of the body 2, resting on the trolley 3 connected to the shock absorber inclined th 4. The shock absorber 1 consists of a bracket 5 attached to the frame of the body 2 by bolts 6, glasses 7 and 8, mounted on the rod 9, passed through the hole bracket 5, and elastic elements 10 and 11 enclosed in slots of bracket 5 and cups 7 and 8. The rod 9 on one side has a head 12 connected to an inclined rod 4 with a roller 13, in the end of which the glass 8 abuts with its outer end, and on the other hand, a threaded shank mounted on It has a nut 14. The shape and dimensions of the parts of the shock absorber are calculated in such a way that the volume bounded by the cup 7 (8) and the bracket 5 when interacting with their ends is equal to the volume of the material of the elastic element 10 (11). The shock absorber works as follows.
При приложении внешнего усили Р от наклонной т ги 4 через валик 13 к стержню 9 проис- ходит перемещение стержн и стаканов 7 и 8 в направлении усили Р (фиг.2, подWhen assembled in elastic elements 10 and 11, by tightening the nut 14, a preliminary compression is created, the linear value of which exceeds the working stroke of the shock absorber 1 (figure 2, above the axial line of the rod 9). When an external force P is applied from the inclined cable gi 4 through the roller 13 to the rod 9, the rod and glasses 7 and 8 move in the direction of the force P (figure 2, under

10center line rod). In addition, the elastic element 10 is loaded in addition to the pre-compression, and the elastic element 11 is unloaded. The sum of the changes in the forces acting on the elastic elements 10 and 11 is the reaction of the shock absorber 1, which is equal to the external impact P. Due to the choice of the shape of the glasses 7 and 8, the sockets in the bracket 5 for the elastic elements 10 and 11, the shape and volume of the elastic elements 10
и 11 достигаетс така характеристика амортизатора 1, при которой по мере уменьшени поверхности упругого элемента 10 или 11, не контактирующей с поверхност ми стакана 7 или 8 и гнезда кронштейна 5, реакци амортизатора 1 резко возрастает .and 11, such a characteristic of the shock absorber 1 is achieved, in which as the surface of the elastic element 10 or 11 decreases, which is not in contact with the surfaces of the sleeve 7 or 8 and the socket of the bracket 5, the response of the shock absorber 1 increases dramatically.
5.At the same time, the maximum increase in shock absorber 1 is maximized and its operation is almost unstressed, as well as the safety of elastic elements Yu and 11, determined by the fact that during compression of shock absorber 1, the rubber does not flow into the gap between the ends of the glasses 7 and 8 and the bracket 5 sockets.
