Description
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и может быть использовано дл измерени угловых координат удаленных объектов .The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used to measure the angular coordinates of distant objects.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of measured coordinates and improve the accuracy of measurements, achieved in terms of the method by judging the coordinate change according to the results of the interference of two pairs of radiation beams emitted by the source, obtained by extracting two pairs of sections from one wave front separated from each other by distances whose ratio is equal to the irrational number. In addition, the goal is to supply the known device with a second interference mixer, the input mirrors of which are separated by a distance related to the separation distance of the input mirrors of the first mixer as an irrational number.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of an apparatus for drying a method; in fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the elements of the device in a projection on a plane, perpendicular to the line of sight on the object of measurement (not shown); in fig. 3 - nomogram for determining the true value of the measured angular coordinate.
9.The device contains three flat receiving mirrors 1, 2 and 3, translucent 4 and flat 5 mirrors. The axial rays of the beams of radiation emitted by a point source mounted on a controlled object are marked with the positions 6, 7 and 8, and the axial rays of the beams interfering them, at the exit of the mixer, by the position 9.
The mirrors 1, 4 and 5 are in the direction perpendicular to the measurement plane, the overall size is twice as large as the mirrors 2 and 3. The latter are displaced relative to each other in the indicated direction by an amount equal to their overall size. The distances between the centers of the mirrors 1 and 2, 1 and 3 in the measurement plane are related to each other as an irrational number. Normals to mirrors 1, 2 and 3 are

In the plane of analysis, two interference patterns are formed and recorded. The angular width of the interference fringes in each of the pictures is determined by the distance between the receiving mirrors and, since these distances are different for the two channels, has different values. Therefore, the same value of the angular coordinate of the object relative to the receiving mirrors corresponds to different values of the integer number of bands and the fractional part in each of the channels, which makes it possible to eliminate the ambiguity of the interference measurements. From the fractional part values in each of the channels, an integer number of bands is determined and, therefore, the true value of the angular value. This operation can, in particular, be carried out using nomograms constructed in advance (Fig. 3). On the nomogram, extreme, scales have a breakdown of a.sh and a „proportional to the values of the angular width of the interference band of the corresponding pattern. The central scale has a breakdown of aabs proportional to the absolute value of the angular magnitude. With the same

The value of the fractional part, measured by the second channel, also gives an ambiguous count. Coincidence occurs only with one absolute value, if the distance between pairs of mirrors is related to a ratio equal to any irrational number, for example, a square root from any number A that is not a complete square: D DT.

The method is implemented as follows. The source radiation illuminates all three receiving mirrors simultaneously. After reflection from the receiving mirror 1 and mirror 4 B, the area of analysis enters the radiation from one of the sections of the wave front. The radiation from the second section falls into the area of analysis after reflection from the receiving mirror 2, mirror 4, mirror 5 and passage of mirror 4. For the last two beams interact and form an interference pattern, the position of the interference fringes in which depends on the position of the source relative to the receiving mirrors 1 and 2 If the object is displaced from its original position, then the lines are moved and in the analysis plane, which can be fixed and information about its angular position can be obtained. The second channel works in a similar way, where the first beam goes the same way, and the second reflects from
