Изобретение относитс к конструкци м пакетных насадок, используемых дл оснастки тепломассообменных аппаратов и сепа- рационных устройств, и может быть использовано в процессах ректификации, абсорбции и сепарации (системы жидкость - газ), проводимых в аппаратах значительной единичной мощности (с достаточно высокой пло- шадью поперечного сечени ).The invention relates to the design of packet nozzles used to equip heat and mass transfer devices and separation devices, and can be used in the rectification, absorption and separation processes (liquid-gas systems) carried out in devices of significant unit capacity (with a sufficiently high surface area). cross section).
Figure 1 shows a part of the apparatus in which the sectional package of the nozzle is located, a longitudinal section; 2 shows sections of a cylindrical package for apparatus with a circular cross section.
6The nozzle package consists of two extreme sections and 2 and a middle section 3. Sections 1,2 and 3 consist of external surfaces, collection surfaces, which are formed by perforated strips 4, and end surfaces formed by perforated strips 5. Vertical grooved sheets are inserted into each section 6 and 7. Adjacent sheets 6 and 7 have the opposite angle of the corrugation to the vertical. Horizontal, parallel to each other perforated strips 4 of the same width hn are attached to the outer surfaces of the package made of a continuous sheet material. The perforated strips 4 in each section of the bag are arranged with the same pitch t, greater than twice the width of these strips (t 2hii), and in the middle section 3 are offset from the perforated strips 4 in the extreme sections and 2, with the offset step ti being equal to half the step t (t | t / 2). Due to this, when assembling sections into a package, the strips of the 4 extreme sections are placed symmetrically between the strips 4 of the middle section, which ensures a minimum gap between sections when assembling the package. Perforated strips 5 are placed on the lower end surfaces, which are attached to the outer surfaces of the bag. The presence of perforated strips 5 ensures a fixed position of the corrugated sheets 6
Ширина секций S определ етс соотношением S пл (hr -|- бм), где пл - количество косорифлепых листов в секции hr - высота гофр косорифленого листа, бм - толщина конструкционного материала листов.and 7 during the transportation and assembly of the package sections inside the column apparatus. The width of the sections S is determined by the ratio S pl (hr - | - BM), where PL is the number of kosoriflevyh sheets in the section hr is the height of the corrugations of the corrugated sheet, BM is the thickness of the structural material of the sheets.
When assembled in a column, the sections are sequentially docked to each other, forming a nozzle bag. According to the height of the apparatus, the assembly is carried out in such a way that the sections of the upstream package are arranged perpendicularly to the sections of the downstream package.
The developed structure can be made of any structural materials (metal and polymeric).
The nozzle in the heat mass transfer apparatus operates as follows.
The steam (gas) flow moves through the package sections along inclined channels formed by corrugated sheets 6 and 7, and the liquid film flows along the surface of the corrugations of sheets 6 and 7. The contacting liquid and vapor (gas) flows in the heat and mass exchange.
In separation devices, a vapor (gas) stream containing dropping liquid also moves along inclined channels of co-edged sheets. Due to the action of inertial-centrifugal forces arising from
