The purpose of the invention is to improve the detection accuracy of the cable sheath damage location by measuring the phases of the difference frequency signal,
На чертеже приведена схема измерений и распространени измерительных сигнапов по контролируемому кабелю ,The drawing is a diagram of the measurement and distribution of measuring signals through a monitored cable,
Схема содержит измерительный при-- бор 1, оболочку 2 кабел , центральную жилу 3 кабел , генераторы 4,1 и 4,2 контрольных сигналов, согласующую нагрузку 5 (сопротивление),The scheme contains measuring instrument 1, sheath 2 cable, central core 3 cables, generator 4.1 and 4.2 control signals, matching load 5 (resistance),
The measuring device 1 is connected to its input 1, to the sheath 2 of the cable A and the input 1.2 of the measuring device is connected to the central core 3 of the cable. Generators 4.1 and 4.2 control signals with a frequency of f and fg are always connected to the sheath 2 of the cable and through matching resistance 5 to the ground, C {ntralnya 3 cables through matching resistance 6 connected to the ground.
When two control signals with a frequency fj. And f from generators 4.1 and 4.2 propagate through the sheath 2 of the cable being controlled, the phase shift of the signal with the difference frequency in an arbitrary section of the cable sheath at a distance of 1 from the near end relative to the same signal near end cable equals

НИН оболочки кабе л .Thus, to determine the location of damage to the metal cable sheath according to the proposed method from generators 4.1 and 4.2 control signals with a frequency fj and fJ. supply voltage between cable sheath 2 and earth. In this case, the frequencies of the generators are approximately the same. The coefficients that shorten the longitudinal waves in the shell and in the measuring circuit (one cable) inside the cable jacket are measured, the phase difference of the control signal of the difference frequency at the input of the shell and on the matched load of the measurement circuit is determined and by formula (4) distance to the place of damage- .ININ sheath cable l.
Кроме того, в данном способе упрощаетс процесс измерений, поскольку измерени провод т только с одного конца кабел .The proposed method, in comparison with the known, allows to increase the accuracy of detecting the damage site, as it is based on measuring the phase difference of the control signals. In addition, this method simplifies the measurement process, since measurements are taken from only one end of the cable.
