Abstract
The invention relates to the chemical treatment of the surface of metals, in particular to the elongation of nickel coatings from a base of copper or its alloys. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of surface cleaning. The solution to remove the nickel coating is prepared by dissolving sodium hydroxide in a small amount of water, ethylenediamine is added. Then m-nitrobenzoic acid was added to the resulting solution and water was added. Ethylenediamine in solution forms complex compounds with nickel dissolved. The selected amount of solution components, g / l: sodium hydroxide 100-120, m-nitrobenzoic acid 100-120 and ethylenediamine (unit weight 0.832) 200-220, allows you to completely remove the nickel coating without etching the copper base, reapply the nickel coating and get gloss w; its cover. 2 tab. t L

Затем к полученному раствору добавл ют расчетное количество м-нитробензойной кислоты и оставшеес количество воды Дл сравнени готов т известные растворы .The nickel plating removal solution is prepared by dissolving a portion of sodium hydroxide in a small amount of water and adding a calculated amount of ethylenediamine. Then, the calculated amount of m-nitrobenzoic acid and the remaining amount of water are added to the resulting solution. For comparison, known solutions are prepared.
1.The compositions of the proposed (1-5) and known (6 and 7) solutions used for the tests are summarized in Table 1.
2:.The results of the comparative tests of the physicochemical properties of solutions for removing the nickel coating are presented in Table. 2:
The tests are carried out on copper and brass samples, which are weighed before the nickel coating is applied, with nickel deposited and after its removal. Weighing is done on scales.
The treatment time with the nickel plating removal solution is selected depending on the coating. A chemical nickel coating is then reapplied to the samples and its quality is assessed.
The properties of the proposed solution are determined by its constituent components. Sodium hydroxide is used in solution to create an alkaline environment. M-nitrobenzoic acid is an overvoltage depolarizer when the nickel coating dissolves in the proposed solution. Ethylenediamine acts as

Снижение концентрации j3cex вход щих в состав раствора компонентов приводит к частичному удалению никелевого покрыти , а повьппение их делает раствор неустойчивым, из него выпадает осадок, поэтому такой раствор невозможно использовать дл удалени никелевого покрыти .A decrease in the concentration of j3cex in the components of the solution leads to a partial removal of the nickel coating, and their twisting makes the solution unstable, a precipitate falls out of it, therefore such a solution cannot be used to remove the nickel coating.
As a result of the selected ratio of the components of the proposed solution and the presence of ethylene diamine in it as a complexing agent, the chemical nickel coating is removed completely without etching the base material from copper and copper alloys.
Thus, the differences of the proposed solution to remove the nickel coating from the known one are substantial 1 and result in a higher processing quality.
