FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the design of a shredding tool.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the breaking speed of grinding wheels.
The proposed circle is reinforced with fiberglass mesh layers whose fibers are oriented relative to each other, and the fibers of the adjacent fiberglass layers are crossed at an angle f defined by the dependencies:

где п - число слоев стеклосеткиwhere n is the number of fiberglass layers
Происходит выравнивание тангенциальных раст гивающих напр жений в тело круга путем снижени максимальных напр жений вm is the multiplicity of interlacing. fiber in the fiberglass layer. This orientation of the fiberglass layers leads to the greatest decrease in the anisotropy of the strength properties for a given number of fiberglass reinforcement layers and the multiplicity of interlacing of fibers in the fiberglass layer. This is due to the uniform arrangement of the reinforcing fibers around the circumference and the increase in the number of directions of increased tensile strength. With a sufficiently large number of fiberglass layers, the grinding wheel acquires quasi-isotropic strength properties. The alignment of tangential tensile stresses in the body of the circle occurs by reducing the maximum stresses in
Все это приводит к повьш1ению разрывной скорости шлифовальных кругов.the least durable directions by increasing the minimum voltages in the strongest directions, i.e. along the reinforcing fibers. All this leads to an increase in the bursting speed of the grinding wheels.
FIG. 1 is a diagram of a grinding wheel; FIG. 2 is a diagram of the intersection of the grid layers.

Two layers of fiberglass located at the ends of the circle. The fiber multiplicity is two, i.e. two threads are intertwined. The test results are shown in the table.
