The invention relates to medicine, namely physiotherapy, and can be used in the treatment of patients in resorts.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of adaptation and treatment of patients with the consequences of viral encephalitis.
The method is carried out as follows.
2.Two layers of gauze or filter paper with an area of 400-420 cm- (in the form of a H1-collar) are moistened with a 2% solution of oxylidine and placed on the collar zone (innervation of the C, C-St segments). A hydrophilic gasket, in particular, from a graphitized cloth, and a metal electrode connected to the cathode of the apparatus are placed on top. A second electrode 150-160 in size (hydrophilic gasket and metal plate) is placed on the outer surface of the left forearm and connected to the anode of the apparatus. Procedures are performed with a current of 10-15 mA, density 0, 03 mA / cm-, duration 10-15 minutes, daily, for a course of 10-I 2.
The proposed method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with the consequences of viral encephalitis by using new properties of oxylidine during its electrophoresis as an adaptogen, as well as improving brain reactivity and neurohumoral processes.
Patient G., 40 years old. Diagnosis; the consequences of viral encephalitis (cortical-subcortical form) in the form of a hypothalamic (diencephalic) syndrome with crises of sympatho-adrenal nature and cerebral vascular disorders.
On admission he complained of constant headaches, usually in the left parietal region, accompanied by top note, dizziness, instability when walking, severe fatigue, sleep disturbance. Periodically there are hypothalamic crises of sympathoadrenal nature.
The disease developed due to severe influenza, which suffered 3 years ago. He was repeatedly treated in the hospital, however, his condition worsened after repeated flu-like illness.
Before the procedure, the patient complained of headache all over the head, dizziness, instability when walking, general weakness, feeling of palpitations and internal tension.
After the procedure of electrophoresis of oxylidine, a decrease in headache and the disappearance of dizziness, internal intensity, and drowsiness appeared.
1.The results of measuring the parameters of the cardiovascular system are presented in Table 1.
The table shows that after the procedure of oxilidine electrophoresis, favorable changes in the cardiovascular system parameters are observed (a decrease in elevated diastolic brachial and retinal pressure, as well as a decrease in heart rate). The ratios of the central and peripheral blood circulation have improved (normatization of the elevated retino-brachial index). As a result of patients receiving 10 electrophoresis of oxylidine in these
Digital parameters showed improvement in his condition (headaches disappeared, dizziness, instability when walking, became more cheerful, improved sleep, there were no crises). Neurological examination determined the disappearance of instability in the Romberg position, the Strymnel phenomenon, improved coordination of movements, and the revival of sharply reduced abdominal reflexes.
Пормализовались: повышенное при поступлении ретинальное давление (диасто0 лическое снизилось с 54 до 43 мм, систолическое - с 86 до 68 мм); повышенное брахиальное давление (диастолическое снизилось с 90 до 70 мм, систолическое - с 140 до 115 мм); повышенный ретинобрахиальный индекс; сниженна экстреци в моче адреналина (повысилась с 26,2 до 39,0 нмоль/сутки); повышенна в крови концентраци бета-линопротеидов (снизилась с 670 до 570 мг) и холестерина (с 7,8 до 6,4 ммоль/л).Pormalized: increased retinal pressure upon admission (diastolic decreased from 54 to 43 mm, systolic from 86 to 68 mm); increased brachial pressure (diastolic decreased from 90 to 70 mm, systolic - from 140 to 115 mm); elevated retinobrachial index; reduced extrection in the urine of adrenaline (increased from 26.2 to 39.0 nmol / day); elevated blood concentrations of beta-linoproteins (decreased from 670 to 570 mg) and cholesterol (from 7.8 to 6.4 mmol / l).
Q On admission, the patient determined the initial pathological biorhythmic curves of daily fluctuations in pressure, pulse, and body temperature. On the 4th-5th days of the patient's stay in the new climatic conditions, a change in the structure of the initial type of biorhythmic curves was observed (moving the amplitude maximum to morning or evening hours, flattening the curves or increasing the amplitude), which reflected the adaptation adjustment of these functions.
Restoration of the initial type of biorhythmic curves or their normalization according to pulse data, body temperature was observed on the 12th day, and pressure on the 15th day of the treatment period, which is regarded as
