Abstract
2 3.п. ю --J со ю о соThe invention relates to the production of electric arc welded pipes from steel strip with an anti-corrosion metallic coating. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the pipes. Pipe blanks are prepared with a groove on a broken line. At I / 3 of the wall thickness from the outer surface of the workpiece, the bevel of the edges is made at an angle with arct x / TT, where x mD-r / t, D is the diameter of the pipe, mm; t - pipe wall thickness, mm, m о, 2, 0.5. On steel thickness, the bevel angle is p 1217. The diameter of the filler wire is chosen to be equal to 0.8 t based on filling the cutting of the edges with the filler material with the formation of minimum rollers and ensuring the penetration of the root of the seam without breaking the coating. Before welding, edges are reduced to being touched at one point. After (L welding, hot seam is rolled out inside and out. When using the method, the metal of the filler wire and the anticorrosive coating of the metal pipe are prevented from moving. 2 3.pfl, 3 d) .J about with

The invention relates to the production of straight pipes by electric arc welding with a non-consumable electrode with an additive material and is particularly effective for producing thick-walled pipes,
е. не уступающими коррозионным свойствам металла покрыти ,Dp of obtaining welded pipes from a tape with a metallic anti-corrosion coating is a prerequisite for obtaining a welded joint with enhanced corrosion properties, i.e. not inferior to the corrosion properties of the coating metal,
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of pipes made from billet with bevel edges, made along a broken line.
Figure 1 shows a diagram of cutting edges according to the proposed method; figure 2 - pipe with split edges in a welding caliber; on fig.Z - scheme of the rolling of the melted filler wire.
The method is carried out as follows.
3.When forming the billet 1 in a pipe-forming mill in one of the stands, a continuous step-cutting of edges with a bevel angle oi arccg x / tt, 1/3 thickness from the outer surface and 2/3 with bevel angle is 12-17. After the forming process is completed, the tube blank with curved edges is fed into the welding gauge while simultaneously feeding into the gap the edges of the filler wire 2 with a diameter equal to 8t moving at the speed of the pipe. To prevent the filler wire from moving and escaping from the gap between the edges, the filler wire is held while pressing it with special rolls 3.
После этого сварочной дугой расплавл етс металл присадочной проволоки , при этом происходит разгрев кромок трубной заготовки до температуры пор дка , что обеспечивает сплавление металла присадочной проволоки с основным металлом трубы и покрытием без нарушени сплошности металла присадки и металла покрыти Расплавленный металл присадочной прО волоки раскатываетс снаружи и изнутри роликами 4 и 5 до получени качественного антикоррозионного покрыти .After this, the filler wire metal is melted by the welding arc, and the edges of the tubular billet are heated to a temperature of the order that fuses the metal of the filler wire with the base metal of the pipe and the coating without disrupting the integrity of the additive metal and metal of the coating. rollers 4 and 5 on the inside to obtain a good anti-corrosion coating.

Selection of groove angles is explained as follows. The implementation of cutting edges at one angle leads to an increase in the diameter of the filler wire, which leads to an increase in energy consumption for the melting of the filler wire metal and an increase in temperature in the weld zone, which in turn leads to
