(Л 1C to 00 00The invention relates to secondary power sources of radio equipment. The purpose of the invention is to extend the functionality of a DC voltage stabilizer by stabilizing the output voltage while improving reliability and efficiency. When the input voltage is turned on, a starting current flows through the resistor 8 and the oscillating circuit 2. Transistor switch 1 is saturated and transistor switch 5 closes. At the end of the half-cycle, energy is accumulated in the capacitor 4, part of which is transferred through the rectifier 18 to the output. The current in choke 3 is zero, the emf in windings 7 and 12 disappears, and transistor switch 1 is turned off. When this happens, transistor switch 5 starts to open, and capacitor 4 is discharged. When the discharge current is equal to zero, transistor switch 5 closes and transistor switch I opens. The next cycle begins. As the output voltage rises above the breakdown of the resistor-Zener-diode circuit 16, the transistor 15 opens and prevents the transistor switch 5 from opening until the voltage decreases below the set value. 1 il.
In the initial state, the transistor
ключи 1 и 5 закрыты, при включенииkeys 1 and 5 are closed, when enabled
2input voltage through the starting resistor 8 and the oscillating circuit 2
On the windings 7 and 12, an emf is induced which saturates the transistor switch 1 and closes the transistor switch 5. The current through the oscillating circuit 2 begins to increase smoothly with the saturated transistor 1, which eliminates losses at the moment of switching. At the end of the first half period, the energy stored in the oscillatory circuit 2 is concentrated in the capacitor 4, and part of it is transferred to the output through the rectifier 18. As soon as all the energy is concentrated in the capacitor 4 of the circuit 2, the current in the choke 3 becomes
Транзистор 5 открыт покаequal to zero, the EMF on the windings 7 and 12 disappears, transistor 1 turns off at zero current: Transistor switch 5 begins to open through the bias resistor 13 and discharge of capacitor 4 through throttle 3 to output capacitor 8 starts from almost zero current. The saturation mode of the transistor switch 5 is provided by the selection of the base resistor 9 and the diode 11. The transistor 5 is open for now
Как только напр жение на выходном конденсаторе 21 достигает напр жени пробо резисторностабилитронной цепи 16, открываетс транзистор 15, обеспечивающий шунтирование сигнала смещени через резистор 13 иthrough the inductor 3, the discharge current of capacitor 4 flows. When the discharge current is zero, transistor switch 5 closes and transistor switch 1 opens and the next energy storage cycle in capacitor 4 of circuit 2 starts. As soon as the voltage on the output capacitor 21 reaches the breakdown voltage a resistor-impedance circuit 16, a transistor 15 opens, providing for the biasing of a bias signal through a resistor 13 and
Наличие диодов 19 и 20 позвол ет исключить перенапр жени на конденсаторе 4 контура выше входного, что позвол ет повысить надежность устройства.holding the transistor switch 5 in the closed state. In this case, the energy through the transistor 1 is accumulated in the capacitor 4, the circuit 2 and a part is transmitted to the output. After the transistor switch 1 is closed, the transistor switch 5 is kept in the locked state until the transistor 15 is closed or the output voltage decreases below the specified one. The presence of rectifier 18 reduces the quality factor of circuit 2, which prevents the development of overvoltages on the windings of droplets 3 circuits 2. The presence of diodes 19 and 20 eliminates the overvoltages on the capacitor 4 circuits above the input, which improves the reliability of the device.
