Расширение диапазона измерений достигаетс в результате того, что при обеспеченной магнитной сбалансированности преобразовател (при усThe invention relates to a measurement technique, in particular to means of measuring the flow rate and amount of liquid and gaseous media, and can be used in the oil-producing petrochemical and other industries to control the parameters of liquid, gaseous and two-phase flows. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and extend the measurement range. electromechanical flow meter. FIG. Figures 1 and 2 schematically represent the proposed converter. The device comprises a housing 1 s made of a nonmagnetic metal. A rectangular through cavity 2, into which the core 3 of the control electromagnet is inserted from above with a profiled pole and made of electrical steel. The core 3 covers the coil 4 connected to an adjustable power source. A saddle 5 is installed in the cavity 2 from below with two rings 6 fixed on its concave surface. The outer diametrically arranged grooves 7 are circumferentially circumferential 6 and oriented parallel to the mounting surface of the support plate 8. The saddle 5 and rings 6 are made of electrical steel. The rings 6 are installed at a distance equal to the width of the slot 9, which provides the working stroke of the rod 10 of the sensitive element, the end of which is made in the form of plate 1, is in the pipe 2 and is oriented at an angle to the direction of flow. The lower cavity of Sela 5 is installed on the plate 8 without a gap. The axis 13 of the sensor rocking (within 2p) is fixed in the supports of the cheeks 14, made of non-magnetic metal and attached without gap to the lateral flat faces of the saddle 5 on the side of the rings 6. the non-working end of the rod 10 is equipped with a permanent magnet 15, moving in a cavity formed by the inner surfaces of the rings 6. The poles of the permanent magnet 15 are oriented to the sides of the case 1, in which two inductive sensors 6 and 17 are mounted the rod 10. Case 1 , the saddle 5 with the rings 6, the core 3 and the coil 4 70 are closed by the electrical steel circuit breaker 18, the base of which rests on the plate 8, and the lid is in contact with the plane of the upper pole of the core 3 without any gap. The converter works as follows. A coil unipolar control current of a sawtooth shape is applied to the coil 5. In the zone of the profiled pole of the core 3, an alternating magnetic field of the specified shape arises. As a result of the interaction of the magnetic field and the rod 10, an alternating driving force arises, tending to move the non-working end of the rod 10 from the neutral to one of the extreme positions, and therefore the blade 11 from the neutral to the position a or b with speeds of C0 (and Q (FIG. l). The resultant hydrodynamic forces, which occur when a flow moves at a speed V, to the blade 11, is the resistance force to the movement of the blade 11 and returns it from positions a or b to neutral. The sensing element is involved in periodic oscillations with a frequency proportional to the flow rate or volumetric flow. Sensitive element oscillations within 2 3 are transformed by sensors 16 and 17 into a sequence of electrical pulses, the frequency of which serves as a measure of flow. Rings 6 with slots 7 located on the saddle 5, they form a magnetic shunt, closing the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 15 and eliminating the magnetization of the core 3 of the electromagnet, eliminating the effect of magnetic unbalance zovatel and increasing its sensitivity. This is achieved by thinning the walls of the rings 6 with the slots 7 (the dimensions of the wall at the thinning point are determined from the condition of complete magnetic evaluation of the material of the ring at the thinning points). Then the thinned area will behave like a diamagnetic, i.e. like an air gap in a magnetic circuit. The extension of the measurement range is achieved as a result of the magnetic balance of the converter being ensured (with
