Abstract
4 з.п. The invention relates to the field of seismometry and vibrometry, it is intended to calibrate seismometers and vibrometers and allows to increase the accuracy of calibration. For this purpose, an auxiliary inert mass is used, which is set in motion during the calibration process and the distance from it to the platform, on which the calibrated instrument is fixed, is measured. Measurement data is processed in a computing device, which determines by averaging the motion parameters of the mass. The oscillations of the platform are determined with respect to the movement of the mass, which can be the free fall of one or the sys- tem of bodies 1 or the free decaying cobalt of an antenna. The counting system (L on this way is inertial and free from interference, which increases the calibration accuracy. 4 Cp f-crystals, 1 ill.
Description
The invention relates to seismic measurements and vibration measurements, and more particularly to methods of calibration. seismometers and vibrometers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of calibration by taking into account the disturbing movements of the platform, as well as performing calibration in the field or simplifying the design.
The drawing shows a block diagram of a device for calibrating seismometers and vibrometers that implements the proposed method.
5, ,The device contains an inert mass 1, platform 2, recorder 3, computer 15, computer 4, the device under study 5,,
4.The inertial mass 1 is set so that the oscillations of the platform do not affect the movement of the inertial mass 120 or would be minimal. The registrar 3 is installed for measuring in a given direction (for example, horizontal or vertical) the movement of the inert mass 1 relative to platform 25 2. The recorder 3 is connected to the computing device 4. The test device 5 is installed on the platform 2, information from the device 5 is sent to the computing device 30 at 4.
The method is as follows.
5.. 1 the inertial mass is driven 'relative to the plate 2, 35 poka- | 3aniya recorder 3, namely the movement of the inertial mass 1, and the distance between the inertial mass of the platform 1 and 2, is sent to the computer unit 4, which also direct readings of the test instrument 5 .
Вычислительное устройство 4 обрабатывает полученную информацию,вклю- 4$ чая анализ информации на ее пригодность к обработке, исключение отдельных ошибочных измерений, вычисление параметров траектории инертной массы 1 в инерциальной системе координат при свободном падении инертной массы 1 или при затухающих собственных колебаниях инертной массы 1, вычисление перемещений платформы x(t), исходя из соотношения x(t) = L(t) - R(t), где L(t) - траектория движения вспомогательной инертной массы относительно основания;Computing device 4 processes the obtained information, including $ 4 analysis of information on its suitability for processing, elimination of individual erroneous measurements, calculation of the parameters of the trajectory of inertial mass 1 in an inertial coordinate system with a free fall of inertial mass 1 or with damped natural vibrations of inertial mass 1, calculation of platform displacements x (t) based on the relation x (t) = L (t) - R (t), where L (t) is the trajectory of the auxiliary inert mass relative to the base;
5.R (t) is the trajectory of the auxiliary inertial mass relative to the inertial coordinate system, as well as the calibration of the device under study 5.
Moreover, the number of unit measurements of the distance L (t) should be significantly larger than the number of parameters that determine the trajectory of the inertial mass 1 in the inertial coordinate system. The parameters of the trajectory of the inertial mass 1 are determined from the solution of the system of equations containing equations much more than the number of determined parameters of the trajectory. The system of equations is solved, for example, by the least squares method.
The idea of the possible calibration accuracy by the method can be obtained from the following calculation.
0/1%.When measuring the distances between the inertial mass 1 and platform 2 by the interference method with a “light source with a wavelength of? Ι = 0.63 m, one interference band corresponds to a change in distance of 0.3 μm. When binding electric counting pulses to the interference band with an error of 0.01-0.001 bands, it is possible to measure distances with an error of 0.003-0.0003 microns. In this case, the calibration error is less than 1% even when the platform oscillation amplitude is of the order of Ί μm, and when the platform vibration amplitude is of the order of 10 μm, the calibration error is less than 0/1%.
