Abstract
The invention relates to a cutting tool for mining machines and allows for improved tool life and reduced consumption of hard metal. To do this, the steel elements are made in the form of separate plates and mounted on the working head between carbide plates. Along the front face, the steel plates protrude relative to the carbide plates and lag behind on the back face. The front faces of the steel plates are coated with wear-resistant material. In the process of work, the load from the cutting forces is perceived mainly by steel plates due to advancing carbide plates. This allows the carbide inserts to be unloaded from the direct impact of cutting forces and shock loads when meeting rock material inclusions. When the cutter is working on the back face with some (steel and steel plates wear ahead, they expose carbide plates. Thanks to this, the cutter constantly has a discontinuous blade. 4 Il.
Description
The invention relates to the mining industry, and in particular to cutters for mining machines.
The aim of the invention is to increase the resistance of the incisors and reduce
When one side (right or left) of the cutter meets inclusions, bending forces perceive individual hard alloy plates, 5 transferring these forces to the steel flow rate of the hard alloy.
4 - сечение Ю Б-Б на фиг.1 (поперечное сечение режущей части).In FIG. 1 shows a cutter, side view; figure 2 is the same, a top view; in FIG. 3 - view A in figure 1 (view of the front face); in FIG. 4 - section Yu BB in figure 1 (cross section of the cutting part).
„Резец включает корпус 1 с рабочей головкой 2, которая имеет закрепленную на опорной поверхности 15 армировку 4, содержащую отдельные твердосплавные 5 и стальные пластины 6 с износостойкой наплавкой 7, расположенные через одну, причем стальные пластины 6 относительно 20 твердосплавных 5 выступают по передней грани на величину 8 и отстают по задней грани на величину Ά .“The cutter includes a housing 1 with a working head 2, which has a reinforcement 4 fixed on the supporting surface 15, containing separate carbide 5 and steel plates 6 with wear-resistant surfacing 7, located through one, and steel plates 6 relative to 20 carbide 5 protrude along the front face on 8 and lag behind on the back face by Ά.
2:3. 30 In addition, the front faces of steel plates have a hardness of 2 25 times less than carbide plates, and are coated with wear-resistant surfacing 7, the hardness of which relates to the hardness of carbide plates as 2: 3. thirty
In the process of operation, the loads from the cutting forces are mainly perceived by the steel plates, since they are ahead of the brittle carbide in the cutting direction and transferred to the supporting surface of the steel body.
This design allows you to unload brittle carbide plates from the direct impact of the cutting forces of loads and shock 40 loads when meeting with rock inclusions.
пластины, которые хорошо выдерживают изгибающие нагрузки.plates that withstand bending loads well.
In the finished cutter, the hard alloy plates are preliminarily hardened by compressive stresses arising during soldering with steel plates having a large coefficient of linear expansion.
!!
When the cutter is working, steel plates wear out at the rear face and are exposed to carbide, so that the cutter constantly has an intermittent blade.
