Необходимым условием параметрического усилени вл етс строга синхронность (когерентность) параметрического и внешнего силового воздействий, котора имеет место при й ш/O5 4ii The invention relates to non-destructive testing and can be used to detect defects in rotating products with the help of elastic oscillations arising during rotation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the control due to the simultaneous impact on the controlled system of parametric and external power excitations. The drawing shows an example of the implementation of the method of vibration control of rotors. The controlled horizontal rotor 1, mounted in bearings 2, is coupled kinematically with driving motor 4 through coupling 3. To the right free end of rotor 1 in the direction of the X axis, an external stimulating effect is produced by vibration exciter 5 {e.g., piezo-vibrator). The law U (t) of the longitudinal oscillations of the rotor 1 at the natural frequency eip is recorded by the measuring transducer 6 a signal from which through the amplifier 7 and the filter 8 is fed to an oscilloscope 9. The filter 8 is designed to select a frequency band near the lower natural frequency from the spectrum of the longitudinal oscillations of the rotor ,П,. The method of vibration control of rotors is carried out as follows. The controlled rotor 1 is mounted horizontally and with the help of an electric motor 4 is driven into rotational motion with a frequency of 0) 111, twice the natural frequency Uni / longitudinal oscillations of the rotor 1. An external stimulating effect P siniJt is applied to the free end of the rotating rotor 1 in the direction of the longitudinal axis set by the vibration exciter 5. The frequency of the optical vibration is chosen to be equal to the natural frequency III of the longitudinal oscillations of the rotor 1. Moreover, due to the coincidence of the frequency and excitation with natural frequency (Oni in the system there are longitudinal resonant oscillations of the rotor with a frequency (Bp |. The time law U (t) of these oscillations (in the absence of damage in the rotor) is close to monoharmonic. When the damage appears, the longitudinal rigidity of the rotor begins to change periodically with rotation frequency w, twice the natural frequency of the system O) n |. In this case, the so-called parametric amplification of the forced resonant oscillations of the rotor is possible. A necessary condition for the parametric amplification is strict synchronism (coherence) of the parametric and external force effects, which takes place at the same time.
2. However, to ensure such coherence in practice is very difficult, since the rotation of the rotor with frequency ω and external force action on it with frequency Q are from independent energy sources (pathogens). It is almost inevitable that some frequency detun of Lo) / d - w / 2 / is. The presence of such a detuning dose (even a small one) significantly affects the law U (t) of the resulting longitudinal oscillations of the rotor. Due to the proximity of the frequencies w and Q / 2, the resulting oscillations bear the character of beats. Thus, when damage occurs in the rotor, the law U (t) of its longitudinal vibrations changes: instead of monoharmonic, oscillations of the type of beats occur. Using the oscilloscope 9, the signal to which is supplied from the measuring transducer 6 through the amplifier 7 and the filter 8, the law U (t) of the longitudinal oscillations of the rotor 1 is analyzed. When oscillations such as beats occur, the controlled rotor 1 is classified as defective. The invention of the method of vibration control of rotors, which consists in that the controlled rotor is mounted horizontally, causes it to rotate, measure the resulting rotor oscillations and determine the defectiveness of the product by the parameters of these vibrations, characterized in that, in order to increase the sensitivity control, the rotation frequency is chosen twice as large as the lower natural frequency of the longitudinal oscillations of the rotor, along the rotor axis, the lower harmonics of the longitudinal oscillations are excited, and the imperfection of thinned out by the appearance of a beat rotor oscillations.
