Abstract
The method of glass melting by charging the charge, melting it, dissolving the residual quartz and homogenizing by creating incident heat fluxes is also different because, in order to increase the specific removals of the glass melt, in the loading and melting zones of the charge and dissolving the residual quartz create the falling heat fluxes equal to (680-750) 10 kkap / m-h, homogenization zone (720-750) U kcal / m 2. Glass melting furnace, which includes a direct cooking basin with charge and melt charge zones, dissolving the residual quartz, homogenization, zag a narrow pocket, a burner, a duct, characterized in that, in order to increase the specific glass mass removals, the distance from the loading pocket to the burners installed in the charging zone and melting of the charge in the zone of dissolution of residual quartz, in the homogenization zone, refers to the distance to the duct, respectively, as (1-1.5) :( 10-12), (3.5-4.5):: (10.5-11.5), (1-1.5) :( 1 -2). i (L

The invention relates to the glass industry, in particular, to glass-melting furnaces, and to methods aimed at generating heat stress in the cooking zone and homogenizing the straight-line furnaces, increasing the efficiency of using heat from waste gases and increasing the efficiency of glass melting furnaces.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the removal rate of the glass melt.
Increased heat fluxes, both in the charge zone and in the melting of the charge, in the zone of dissolution of residual quartz, and in the homogenization zone are created in well-defined areas, i.e. in places where the processes of melting and averaging are especially difficult. Moreover, such high thermal stresses are local in nature and are located between the torch and the mirror glass. This is achieved through the rational placement of burners around the perimeter of the continuous-flow furnace. At the same time, in general, the values of thermal stresses are within the limits typical for direct-flow furnaces, and in certain areas of the charge and melting areas of the charge, dissolution of residual quartz and homogenization, they have lower values. The fuel consumption does not increase, but is at the received level for the straight furnaces.
FIG. 1 shows a furnace, a longitudinal section; fig 2 is the same plan.
9. The glass melting furnace contains a charge loading and melting zone 1, a residual quartz dissolution zone 2, a homogenization zone 3, a recessed duct 4, a charging pocket 5, burners 6, a smoke channel 7, furnace roof 8 and sparging: "Nozzles 9."
The mixture enters the furnace through two loading pockets 5. In the zone 1 of melting and loading of the charge, its melting occurs, with more intensive
Под-, готовленный к усреднению расплав поступает в зону 3 гомогенизации, гдеthe flow of this process ensures the location of the burners 6. Further, the melt moves in the direction of working on an inclined hearth and in zone 2 of the residual silica quartz 2 under the forced mixing by compressed air entering through the nozzles 9, and when exposed to intense heat flow generated in this zone burners 6, there is a rapid dissolution of residual quartz. The melt prepared for averaging enters the homogenization zone 3, where
при лринудительном перемешивании сжатым вбздухом, поступающим через сопла 9, и при воздействии интенсивного теплового потока, создаваемого за счет расположени горелок 6, происходит оптимальное усреднение расплава стекла.when it is forced to mix by compressed breath coming in through the nozzles 9, and when exposed to an intense heat flux due to the location of the burners 6, the glass melt is optimally averaged.
8, .The averaged glass melt through the recessed channel A moves to the production. Evacuation of gases is provided by 1 smoke exhaust duct 7, located in arch 8,.
The proposed method of cooking and oven for its implementation provide increased removal of glass.
