Целью изобретени вл етс повышение адгезионной прочности в зоне контакта алюминиевой фольги и полиэтилена и упрощение технологии процесса .The aim of the invention is to increase the adhesion strength in the contact zone of aluminum foil and polyethylene and simplify the process.
The polyethylene terephthalate film coming from the unwinding unit into the glue dispenser is coated with 20-40 g / m binder. As a binder, a 15% solution of polyester resin in a mixture of methylene chloride and ethanol solvents, taken in a volume ratio of 8: 2, is used. The ratio of diethylene and ethylene glycol can be different. The best adhesion strength values are achieved when using TF TFd2 copolyesters (TU 11-581-68).
The polyethylene terephthalate film with the applied binder passes through a drying chamber, where it is dried at 110-120 ° C and enters the laminating unit. Aluminum foil enters from another unwinding. The polyethylene terephthalate film is bonded with a bond with a foil and simultaneously on the other side of the foil a polyethylene melt is applied by extrusion. Extrusion temperature The resulting combined material around the cooling roll (temperature 17-20 ° C) and enters the winding,
