Description
.This invention relates to medicine and to the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis diseases. .
5The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment .5
The method is carried out as follows.
After clinical and immunological examination, patients were administered levamisole 75 ml per week for 10 days; 90 mg per week for 14 days; on 100 mg within 12 days. In parallel with levamisole, patients received antihistamines at therapeutic doses (suprasfs tin, diazolin, pipolfen, diphenhydramine, etc.).
After that, all patients underwent clinical, laboratory, and immunological examinations, as a result of which they established the further regimen of levamisole administration.
Subsequently, parallel to antihistamine preparations, levamisole was taken as 300 mg per week for 60–25 days, 7 for PO: 150 mg per week for 90 days, and 5 for 225 mg for 75 days. Antibacterial drugs and pathogenetic agents were administered during the entire 30 term of treatment in therapeutic doses. Depending on the degree of expression of concomitant. diseases
и осложнений туберкулеза дополнительно назначали различные симптоматичес- кие средства (кровоостанавливающие,and complications of tuberculosis were additionally prescribed various symptomatic agents (hemostatic,
After completing the course of administration of levamisole and antihistamines to all patients, a full range of immunological studies was carried out, the results of which indicate normalization of T-and B-lymphocytes. At the same time, the response rate of blast formation (RBTL) to phytohemagglutinin (PHA) increased on average from 51.9 to 61.8, the test of spontaneous rosetting (E-ROCK) increased from 20.7 to 34.3. At the same time, the state of the B-system of immunity improved: the rate of complementary rosette formation, EAC-ROK, increased from 14.71 to 18.53, the level and ratio of immunoglobulin was normalized.

After the administration of levamisole and antihistamines to all patients, antibacterial drugs and pathogenetic agents continued to be administered as previously. The duration of treatment was 180–200 days.
Закончив курс лечени хронического деструктивного туберкулеза легких предлагаемым способом, все больные проходили комплексное клинико-рентге- нологическое и лабораторное обследование .After completing the course of treatment of chronic destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with the proposed method, all patients underwent a comprehensive clinical x-ray and laboratory examination.
As a result, patients noted an improvement in general condition, normalization of temperature, increase in body weight, decrease in cough, reduction in the amount of sputum produced, and disappearance of catarrhal symptoms in the lungs. The X-ray data indicate the resorption of infiltrative and fresh foci of changes and a decrease in the decay cavities. Cavern healing was observed in 30% of patients.
Analyzing the results of the table, we can draw the following conclusions: low doses of levamisole (option 1) in combination with antibacterial, pathogenetic and antihistamines do not make it possible to significantly increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with tuberculosis; A prohibitive dose of levamisole (325 mg / week) significantly increases the frequency of adverse reactions, which reduces the effectiveness of the therapy; Levamisole doses of 150-300 mg / week lead to an increase in the frequency of stopping the release of bacteria and the healing of cavities and reduce the length of stay of patients in the hospital.
A comparative analysis of the proposed method with a known method showed its clinical advantages, expressed in a more significant percentage of pros. caverns and stopping bacterial gaps, preventing side reactions from antibiotic therapy, disappearing symptoms of comorbidities, as well as shortening hospital stays.

Более короткие сроки (до 9 сут) не позвол ют вы вить этого действи , а при более длительных (более 14 сут) применение малых доз левамизола ие оказывает терапевтического вли ни .Research doses of 75-100 mg / week for 10-14 days are associated with individualized consideration of the effects of levamisole on the patients' immune system. Shorter terms (up to 9 days) do not allow to reveal this effect, and for longer (more than 14 days) use of small doses of levamisol does not have a therapeutic effect.
