Устройство состоит из троса 1 с рычажным замком 2, который подсоедин етс  через проушину 3 к корпусу 4 на одном конце , а другой входит в корпус, пройд  по подпружиненному пружиной 5 штоку б и обогнув его, взаимодействует с тросовым зажимом 7 в штоке и тросовым зажимом 8 в корпусе. Шток 6 перемещаетс  в корпусе 4, соверша  возвратно-поступательные движени . Зажимы 7 и 8 могут удерживать или пропускать проход ший через них трос только в одном направлении, которое обусловлено направлением силы, передаваемой самим тросом.
