The invention relates to the development of soils, namely to cutting tools of earthmoving machinery. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life, reduce the consumption of metal due to a more rational distribution of the tip of the metal over the volume and increase the reliability of the attachment of the tip. Figure 1 shows a cutting tool for a bucket of earth-moving machines, side view; figure 2 is the same top view. The cutting tool for an excavator bucket consists of a replaceable tip 1 and a holder 2 (FIG. 2). The replaceable tip 1 of the upper 3 and lower 4 limits of the working surfaces in such a way that the point of their articulation forms the cutting edge 5. The lateral edges 6 of the tip are parallel to each other. The rear part of the crown is made with a through depression 7, located offset to the sides of the lower working surface and having the shape of a trapezium with flat walls 8. The support faces 9 and 10 of the tip are flat in such a way that part 9 is larger than part 10, and therefore the depression is performed displaced to the lower working surface. At the rear of the interchangeable tip 1 there is a blind threaded hole 11 for fastening it to the holder 2: the tooth of the tooth 12 is made in the form of two truncated wedges 13 and 14. The rear wedge 1 is intended for fastening the tooth to the bucket and is limited to the upper and the lower edges 15, the front edges 16 and 17, and the recess 18, having the shape of the bottom of the bucket, to which the sections 16 and 17 of the front face are fastened, the wedge 13 are made equal and arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the tooth. The front wedge 14 is designed to attach a replaceable tip to the base of the tooth ,. Wedge 14 is bounded by flat upper and lower faces 19; lying in the same plane with the inner side faces of the tip 1 and the front face 20, which is made symmetrically relative to the longitudinal plane of symmetry 00 8. parallel to the faces 16 and 17. Inside the wedges 13 and 14 are made through holes 2J for fastening the interchangeable tip to the holder 2 by pins 22 and nuts 23 placed in a horizontal plane of symmetry by the bases. The height of the tip a and width b are 1.02-1.05 heights c and width g of the base of the tooth. Making the tip groove offset to the lower working surface is necessary in order to create a larger excess of the top face 3 of the tip 1 over the top face 15 of the holder 2, rather than exceeding the bottom face 4 of the tip 1 above the bottom face 15 of the holder 2. This allows uniform wear of the top and the lower edges of the tip when it is replaced at the time of greatest wear. The offset value is 10-15 mm. The height and width of the tip, equal to 1.02-1.05 of the height and width of the stop base of the holder, are made to reduce wear on the base of the tooth. The values of 1.02-1.05 are determined experimentally. Reducing the height and width of the tip to less than 1.02 of the height and width of the stop base of the holder leads to more wear of the latter. Increasing the height and width of the crown to more than 1.05 of the height and width of the stop base of the holder leads to excessive metal consumption due to the fact that the back of the tip does not have time to wear until the maximum blunt angle is 65-70. In the process of digging, tip 1 wears out. The maximum allowable wear is when the height a and width b reaches the height and WIDTH of the stop base of the holder, as well as when the maximum allowable blunting of the cutting part 5 of the tip is reached, i.e. upon reaching a blunt angle oL 65-70. The wear process is shown by dashed lines 1-1, II-1I and UHU in FIG. 2. The maximum allowable wear is indicated by a dotted line W-W. In this case, the height and width of the tip is equal to the height and width of the stop base of the holder, the sharpening angle (dulling) reaches
максимально допустимой ВЕЛИЧИНЫ , вследствие чего резко возрастает- лобовое сопротивление копанию грунта и достигает величин, при которых черпание скальногоmaximum permissible value, resulting in a sharp increase in frontal resistance to digging and reaches the values at which digging rock
22.When maximum wear is achieved, the nuts 23 are unscrewed and the tip 1 is replaced together with the stud 22.
