15.The device consists of a housing 1, equipped with a ceramic filter plate 2, which separates the orp 1 into a chamber 3 for separating the ozone-air mixture and water and a contact column 4. In the contact tube 4 on the projections 5 there are elastic dielectric gaskets 6 of annular shape, on which are laid partitions 7, made of a dielectric material. The partitions are provided with conical holes 8, with the wider part of the cone downwards, the partitions and holes being covered with layers 9 and 10 of insoluble conductive material that are connected to the power supply. The connection is made in such a way that the layer 9 located on top of the partition 7 and on the surface of the openings 8 is the anode, and the layer 10 located on the bottom of the partition 7 is the cathode. Slides 9 and 10 are separated by a dielectric strip 11. Separation chamber 3 is connected to a contact chamber by means of pipe 12. In the lower part of the contact column, a nozzle 14 for removing treated water is installed, and the exhaust gas is removed through valve 15.
The device works as follows.
Through the pipe 13, the treated water, previously mixed with the ozone-air mixture, is fed into the housing 1 and enters the chamber 3 of the separation of the ozone-air mixture and water. Water through the outer pipe 12 enters the upper part of the contact column 4, and then passes from top to bottom the system
7.perforated partitions 7 and is removed from the housing 1 by means of a nozzle 14, which serves to remove the treated water. Bubbles of the ozone-air mixture from the separation chamber 3 through the filter plate 2 enter the bottom of the contact column 4, and then the system of perforated partitions 7 passes from bottom to top.
Ozonation of water is carried out in a counter-flow of the treated water and ozone-air mixture due to the contact of ozone bubbles with soil particles.
8.The ozone-air mixture bubbles have a definite negative charge, which increases when the gas bubbles contact the negatively charged contaminant particles. They are subjected to a combined contact column. exposure to an electric field formed by layers 9 and 10 of conductive material located above and below the perforated partitions, as well as a layer of conductive material located on the surface of the holes 8.
IWhen the ozone bubbles move through the conic holes 8, they are crushed, and the new bubbles that form at the same time have a lower ascent rate. The diameter of the newly formed bubbles can be controlled by changing the characteristics of the superimposed electric field. As the amount of water to be treated increases, the force of water pressure on the floating partitions increases, which leads to compression of the elastic pads 6 and, consequently, this increases the intensity of the electric field and improves the effect of water ozonization. 3The advantages of the proposed device over: known are that it increases the efficiency of the device by increasing the utilization rate of ozone. This is due to the fact that when electrodes are made in the form of layers of conductive material that covers the upper and lower surfaces of dielectric perforated partitions, the ozone-air bubble is braked3
ков зА счет йлектрофореза и увеличени активной способности пузырьков за счет электрополевого воздействи на их поверхность на границе раздела фаз газ-жидкость.due to electrophoresis and an increase in the active ability of the bubbles due to the electric field effect on their surface at the gas-liquid interface.
2334When gas bubbles move through openings embedded in partitions in the form of cones, the surface of which is covered with a layer of conductive material that is an anode, they are crushed (destroyed by an inhomogeneous electric field), while smaller bubbles have the speed of ascent, which an increase in the time of contact of ozone with water and, therefore, increases
При расположении перегородок на кольцевых выступах кольцевых диэлектрических прокладок обеспечиваетс саморегул ци работы устройства в зависимости от его производительности .When the partitions are located on the annular protrusions of the annular dielectric gaskets, the device is self-regulated depending on its performance.
The process of water treatment with ozone in the contact column. is adjusted by changing the voltage applied to the electrodes, as well as by changing the value of the interelectrode distance, which allows the use of a device for treating water of different composition at different device performance.
