Abstract
COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION ELEMENT of polymer concrete, including low-deformable inserts combined into an armo-block, placed in a szh. that zone, and the superlight inserts, connected by reinforcing bars, differing in that. In order to increase rigidity and durability, as well as reduce the material of the container, the armablock of the element is provided with crack-resistant inserts made over the entire width of the section with the releases of rods forming longitudinal, transverse and inclined reinforcement, and low-deformative inserts are combined into a continuous system of broken outline and have grooves in which fixed reinforcing bars.
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction, and can be used as a chemically resistant non-existent building structures that work in aggressive environments for bending and eccentric compression. The purpose of the invention is to increase hardness and durability, as well as reduce material consumption. FIG. 1 shows a crack-resistant insert of the supporting part of the element with reinforcing releases; in fig. 2 is a continuous rigid liner system in FIG. 3 - crack resistant insert. the span of the element; in fig. 4 is a longitudinal section of the complex element; in fig. 5 shows section A-A in FIG. four; in fig. 6 shows a section B-B in FIG. 4. The element contains design-reinforced crack-resistant inserts 1 and 2, made of high-stretch polymer concrete, which are combined with a continuous system of a low outline of low-efficiency props 3 by fixing the longitudinal 4, inclined 5, transverse 6 reinforcement releases of the inserts in the slots 7 liners. In the least loaded areas of the element, an ultra-lightweight insert 8 is located. reduce material consumption due to more complete use of the strength properties of the material of the insert and longitudinal reinforcement during ii lateral force.
