The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in devices of boiler installations. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by improving the protection of the boiler against night corrosion. The drawing shows a diagram of the boiler plant. The installation contains a drum-type steam boiler 1, equipped with valves 2 and 3, pipelines of periodic blowing 4 and air exhaust 5, the last of which is connected to the upper point of the boiler 1, pipelines 6 and 7 of feed water 6 and continuous blowing 7, and also deaerator 8 The feedwater pipeline 6 is additionally connected by a bypass pipeline 9 equipped with a flow regulator 10 to the periodic blowing pipe 4 to the valve 3 along the flow, and the air exhaust pipe 5 from the section to the valve 2 along the flow is connected The individual pipelines 11 and 12 are equipped with double valves 13 and 14, respectively, with a deaerator 8 and a continuous blowdown pipe 7. The boiler plant is also equipped with valves 15–19, throttle washers 20–22, as well as with a feed pump 23. The boiler plant operates as follows. After removing the steam boiler 1 from operation and reducing the pressure in it to 0.1-0.2 MPa, the valves 19.2 and 15, and the flow controller 10 open, and the valves 18, 13, 3, 14, 16 and 17 close. After the steam space of the boiler 1 is filled with water and the boiler water passes through the valve 2 to the atmosphere, the valve 14 is opened and the valve 2 is closed. The boiler water through the valve 14 and the throttle washer 22 enters the continuous purge pipe 7. After the boiler water is displaced by the feed water, the valve 13 is opened and the valve 14 is closed. The feed water through the lower points of the boiler 1 and the additional pipeline 1 1 enters the deaerator 8, from where the feed pump 23 is again supplied to the boiler 1 via the overflow pipe 9. The pressure in the latter is greater than the allowed pressure in the boiler 1. To prevent the feed water pressure in the boiler 1 from exceeding the permissible and limiting the flow of water through the boiler 1, which is in a non-operating state, install throttle washers 20-22, which have the respective diameters of the openings. Supply of feed water through the bypass pipe 9 after removing the boiler 1 from the working state allows to increase reliability by eliminating the use of preservative solutions and installing appropriate auxiliary equipment, as well as simplifying the operations of preparing the boiler 1 for start-up after preservation.
