Description
1 The invention relates to the protection of the environment, in particular to the elimination of sedimentation and absorption pits (OPK) with drilling waste. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of environmental protection. FIG. Figure 1 shows the separation of the spent drilling mud: into the clarified and solvable phases after coagulation; in fig. 2 pit at the end of the elimination process, a section, a settling and absorption boiler of 1900 m, built in waterproof soil and filled with spent drilling mud, is introduced into the coagulant at the rate of 1.5 kg per 1 m of the liquid phase. Said pit approximately contains 50% of solid waste 1 and 50% of the liquid phase i. 950 m. Then the demand for a cobalt aluminum sulphate for separation of drilling waste into a clarified 1 and a thickened 11 part is 1425 kg. The introduction of coagulum is carried out by actively mixing it with spent drilling muds using a cementing unit. Stirring is carried out for 1.5-2.0 hours. The treated drilling fluid is settled for 1 day. After settling, the clarified water 2 is pumped out for technological needs. The mobile part 3 of the thickened sludge is pumped out of the excavation using a grease pump and mixed with a binder, for example, cement at the rate of 0.8 tons of cement per 1 m of the mobile part of the thickened sludge, the volume of which is measured using the calibration tanks of the cementing unit . The resulting mixture is introduced into the excavation, uniformly distributed over the surface of the near-bottom stationary part of 4 5 thickened sediment. The curing of the surface layer of the thickened sediment ends in 2 days. An impermeable screen 5 of clay with a thickness of 0.3 mm is applied to the hardened surface 3, 4 (Fig. 2). The remainder of the pit is covered with mineral soil 6. A settling pit of 1900 m is constructed in permeable soil. Before filling the spent drilling mud inside the pit, a wooden construction stand is installed around the perimeter, the space between which and the wall of the pit is filled with clay paste, the density of which is greater than the density of drilling mud, and then a thin layer is evenly distributed across the bottom of the pit. The foundation pit is then filled with waste mud. The introduction of a coagulant in an amount of 14.25 kg is carried out with active mixing with the spent drilling mud using a cementing unit. Mixing is carried out for 1.5-2.0 hours after which the spent drilling mud is settled for 1 day. After settling, the clarified water is shaken for technological needs. The moving part of the thickened sludge is mixed with the binding, for example cement, at the rate of 0.8 tons of cement per 1 m of the moving part of the thickened sludge. The resulting mixture is returned to the pit, evenly distributed over the surface of the fixed part of the thickened sludge. The curing of the surface layer ends after 2 days. An impenetrable clay screen with a thickness of 0.3 mm is applied to the hardened surface, the rest of the excavation is covered with mineral soil.
